My hunter hit 70 Saturday eve. 63 (I think) was the highest I'd ever pushed a character before. I'm still in the Outlands, and have a zone and a half in which to quest before moving on to Northrend. I'm also just a few gold shy of buying my flying mount of the non-epic variety ( Read more... )

As a fellow slow leveler sir - I would suggest packing up and heading out to Northrend - the quests give stunning xp & rewards for your effort and the stories are wonderful in Wrath. Plus - since you didn't head out at 68 - they will likely be a bit easy for you and if you level up to 71/72 in Outlands you may miss some really fun things in Northrend. Just my humble opinion of course. =D

Good advice. I've been debating making that move since I hit 70, honestly. The reason I haven't gone yet is the same arguement you presented for going now: I don't want to miss any content (in the Outlands). I'll have to decide before I get too far into 70, which may not be until Thursday eve or so.
