World Bank Board Negotiating Resignation of WolfowitzI realize things are different when you're the head of a multinational organization, but I really fail to understand how a resignation can be "negotiated". They're haggling over the lining on his golden parachute.  As far as the people directly involved are concerned, his only crime was getting caught.
