     The past two very busy weeks have been brilliant, so brace yourself for a long and detailed debriefing. Since my last message, the massive flamboyance of the gay pride week has moved on, but not without me taking over 800 pictures in three days. Wales is Okay. The country itself is beautiful and the castles crowning nearly every city are magnificent, but the people are more than a little funny looking and often have strange, inbred appearances, fashion senses and limps. Icelandair served Szechuan reindeer meatballs on the flight. It was porky, and decidedly unfamiliar. Oh, and does anyone have a reasonable explanation for why "First Knight" and "Stand by Me" would be the only in-flight movie options, other than that Icelandair is cheap and that Icelandic people are hopelessly behind ( Read more... )
