I'm glad I didn't enter something at icon_crack that used the same Britta cap cuz when I saw your entry, I thought it was far better than coloring I managed. Very nice work, Alicia.

Your compositions are growing more complex with each new post! The Doctor Who, Haven, and Leverage icons have some very interesting details going on!

These are really, really lovely. I think you definitely have progressed so much. It's crazy really. A few of these are, maybe, over saturated (#6, for example), but generally speaking I like the colors you have going on.

Definitely seconding the love for #27. AMAZING coloring. Hopefully I'll see more Community from you in future? *pokes*

And I ADORED #23. One of the best icons from that challenge at turbo. Seriously. The text is AMAZING. Speaking of, love what you've going with text. I like all the fonts and the twisty turny stuff. Really great!

And #16 and #17 are AMAZING. Love the texture use and the composition. So pretty.

Wow, thank you so much for the kind words! It's really so encouraging! :) I also agree about the over-saturation on some of these, but that has taken some practice to get the hang of...and I've still got plenty to learn!

You will DEFINITELY see some more Community love from me, I've just GOT to icon my bb Annie. Hee, so no worries there!

Yay! Thanks so much, I'm really glad you loved that icon from the rumble cuz I had SO much fun making it. I found that challenge one of the most difficult to come up with an idea for, but I definitely think I wound up having a bit of an "a-ha!" moment there, and it just all came together!

I do remember your old icons and goodness, the change between now and then is PHENOMENAL. I love the heightened saturation and details in your icons. I have three icons that immediately jumped out at me. First one was the Simon icon. I LOVE the saturation of it. Yes, his skin is a different colour but I think it just heightens the impact of the icon.

My second favourite is the one of Deb, without the text. I love the clean simplicity of the icon but I also love the colour. I particularly love the blue part of it.

And my third one has to be the Britta icon. I lovelovelove the colour and the use of texture. Goregeous. :)
