DivX is my new God

So I just found out that my DVD player plays DivX's. How did I not know this? I feel like an idiot considering I have a HUGE spindle of unused DVDs because I didn't see any point burning things if I was just going to watch it on my computer. I've been considering spending $400 on a PS3 or $150 on a machine that plays USB keys like the PS3 does.
