So, after some contemplation, I've decided that I won't just be writing one essay; I'll be composing a series of karate essays and publishing them here, then making them available for students who want to read them. Today started kinda lame. Bike chain fell off (twice) and re-seating it sucks. Oh yay, February 14th.
Today is Singles' Awareness Day.
I am very aware I am single now, thank you. Can someone take the freaking pink down? I get it, sheesh. ._. -
So about that new fitness regime.
200 pushups a day minimum, plus 100 situps. It's working really well! I recommend everyone gets out there and does some fitness work, even in their own home.
