It really is difficult to stomach was Christ's death really was like. To think we've taken something as important as the cross. (I say important simply because it's really what we should be fully living for so really it's more than important.) Well, actually, easter didn't occur on the days that we have designated for that. Easter itself is the name for the pagan holiday that christians moved the ressurection of christ to for recruiting purposes.

So the whole rabbit and egg things are actually symbols of the pagan godess of fertility for whom Easter was created to worship and have been around far longer than the Christian holiday.

Same thing goes for pretty much every X-tian holiday.

So yeah, it kind of has to be put up with, it's more of a tradition of the holiday than the christian holiday.

Yeah that's true and i did know that but i mean the christians have made it based more on a pagan holiday than that of their own...you see what i mean.
