There is a couple of common international games, enjoyed by pre-pubertal boys. They're simple, pointless and cruel - like roping cans on to a cat's tail or distending a frog with a straw... Or - burning an ant-hill with a magnifying glass.

Finally I've ordered a pair of new watches from Jomashop, Skagen (true northern kettle) and Invicta (I couldn't resist Swiss skeleton for 140 USD) for me, Movado (にゃあ) for my better half. I'll make boast of them once the parcel arrives, for sure.
