[after a few minutes, Japan takes a seat on the floor beside Germany and opens up his computer]

This may go faster and more efficiently if you allow me to transcribe and you speak.

All right. Take this down, then.

*gives him all the information included in Yuki's post, as well as bulleted lists of key points in his conversation with Franziska...*

"At least one of those who has a letter is one of them."

That's... what my letter said.

That pretty much narrows it down to the seven people who received letters. And I KNOW there has to be a seventh. Three of the six are on the suspect list. Sideswipe has been listed as a suspect twice.

...Minatsuki, Sideswipe, and you.

To hell with Grady and his riddles. *manic tone* If he wants us to kill you, why doesn't he just spit it out clearly. "at least one", Verdammdt...

You need to rest now! How can you expect to protect anyone if you're too exhausted to move?

...Please, Germany. Please rest. I'll watch over America for a while.

((No worries, dear. I should've been in bed hours ago. XD *is also passing out* Sleep well!))

I am heading to England's house to watch over his "daughter" Tiffany, upon America's request. I will stop by our house on the way there.

Can you come with me, and take turns keeping watch? *he'll rest, then~!*

(( ooc: of course i still haven't heard from England-mun Scarfle, buuuut i'm betting it'll happen :3 ))

There's irony in this. If all that is needed is to slay those seven who are called monsters - those that hold the letters, perhaps?

Who would be the bigger monsters, those that kill these seven, or those that let fifteen be spirited away in blood and gore each night?

Something to ponder, isn't it?

I've pondered it.

Grady has given us this many clues. Why shouldn't there be more, to give us the chance to narrow down the real suspects? It would be a bigger failure on our part if we killed them, only to find out we missed something.

Why? Cruelty.

Sometimes, there's no cheese in the labyrinth for the rats to find, just the smell.

Of course, it'd be preferable if there's more to the hints. If there is a seventh letter, I'm sure that'd shed a lot of light on these things. Those final hidden clues usually do. That's why they're hidden so cleverly, after all. But where would it be hidden? Is one hiding it? Maybe it's in an evidence locker in that farce of a police station.

Who knows? But if I find it, I'll tell you. You seem quite reliable, after all~

More letters have been found now. Too many to suspect the letter recipients as monsters.

If you find anything else, please tell me, and that girl Yuki.

...Nevertheless, I failed. I fear all my attempts to protect the people here will be useless now that this has happened.

In the end, brains will protect them, not muscle.

We have...learned much, throughout this. How to avoid tragedy.

What, exactly, do you mean?

Muscle, weapons...they mean nothing when your enemy can kidnap people from across history, can brainwash people on sight, and so many other inexplicable, unimaginable things.

Strategy is everything, here. I did not try hard enough to delve into Grady's mind, and the events that unfolded over the past month.
