1. What did you do in 2014 that you'd never done before? I spent New Year's Eve at this weird party in San Francisco on Treasure Island. I went to Pirate's Undersea Adventure in Anaheim for a friend's birthday. I seriously feuded with my new roommate who was dramatic and uncooperative. Got TWO job offers at once in March but unfortunately one was tricky and involved Scientologists. Luckily I was able to come out ahead. Moved with my parents to my own apartment in North Hollywood. Cleaned out the apartment with my parents and then got into a dispute with my ex-roommate who is now suing me. So yes, I was served for the first time and am going through all the paperwork. I have to appear in court next year. I also issued my first subponea for my ex-landlord. It has been a lot of headache and bullshit. Have been doing lots of new stuff at work with Pinterest and tile. Went to Barstow for a friend's wedding at a military base. Also went to Chinatown in Las Vegas, which I think I like better than the Strip. I did a lot of dating at once - most of them didn't work out though. I got mono in September and poision oak in November. I volunteered a lot with reading and arts and crafts with kids and cats! Also I guess I can say it...kind of have a boyfriend now? Which I have never had before? Of two months plus!
2. Did you keep your new years' resolutions, and will you make more for next year? Unfortunately, I have not made much progress in the weight department...getting sick with mono for 2 months and poison oak did not help (as well as being poor). But I would definitely like to work on this again next year. But I have a job! With benefits and a salary! So that is very awesome. Also since I had so much drama with my ex-roommate I got my own apartment in a great location but it has been very hard to pay for said apartment so I will probably be getting a roommate or moving again soon...but after that hopefully my finances will improve too. Since I am so poor it's hard to travel. I have been able to read and watch a lot. Can't afford to get a cat yet but hopefully that is in the near future. I am trying to volunteer with cats and animals so I can get my fix somehow. I'd also like to take classes and find active sports to participate in. I would also like to continue to learn and focus on my job,
