I wish I could agree with my friend in California who told me after the election, "My state voted Democratic... the midwest broke my heart." We're just lucky enough to live in a state that... didn't vote democratic. And it sucks because red is my favourite colour as well as the colour of Mother Russia and also, unfortunately, the same colour as republican states.
