- Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color

YELLOWS -21 -28 -60 19
WHITES 0 0 0 -34
NEUTRALS 40 13 -21 20
- New Layer > Add texture (I used this one) > Screen 100%
- New Layer > Choose a soft round brush > #E50928 > Lighten 100%
- New Layer > Add text
Then hit ctrl + alt + shift + E and you're DONE! :)
