Well, the hurricane is now gone for the most part, just lingering rains. It meant 4 days of no electricity, using an emergency generator. Though I wanted it used sparingly, my parents and sister wanted it on, a lot. Considering nobody popped by our bar during these days, we didn't really sell anything, so a lot of money went out on gas

Indeed, that's definitely a plus. My sanity's kinda damaged, though. My family's not the best people to spend a hurricane with. Much less with no board games to pass the electricity-less times. I was dying for a bout of "Trouble" or "clue" or something else that took time, so I could get them to shut the hell up. lol
