I don't think they are rubbery, they are made of plastic and that weird color I think is paint coming up from their base x.x

Ummm since the other Celebi's wings are missing, the piece is seperate from the entire figure, so, I think it would be possible to take them off and put them on the other one.

Yes, I believe they are TOMY bootlegs! I can take better pictures of them. I'm not sure if they go together, I got the Blastoise in a different lot then where I got the Venu and Charizard. All three were from different places lol
I can take pictures of the three figures and Munna! And you taking the broken figures would be awesome lol I just want them to have a home!

I saw in a comment that you do beadsprite commissions. I'm wondering- how much do you charge for those? In particular I'm interested in team menu sprite Mudkip -or- Swampert and Reuniclus. Also, do you have any photos of your work?

Those are really good! I'm afraid I'll have to pass for now though, I just bought some things and need to be careful with my money since I've spent a lot this month. But I'll keep you in mind once my funds are replenished!
