I feel like I didn't get as much accomplished this week, but I think I have to realize I'm not going to get everything on my list done in a month and slow down a little. I've been tired this week from lack of sleep and doing too much.

However, I did actually get a lot more done this week than say this time last year, or last month for that matter.

I listened to the Lykke Li album for the first time on a plane. It's really kind of suited to that. That feeling like you can't put your feet down. I also like some of the clunkiness of it, but that's because I'm weird.

Day 18 is clearly the best picture ever known to man. I don't know why National Geographic hasn't picked it up.

Fernandina just. I don't know. My brain is all tired and all I can think is that every time I think about having to move home it makes me feel so hopeless. There are no jobs for me there. There's no school and no way to advance. There is just settling, and that makes my brain hurt.

OH ALSO. I was thinking of This Is Ivy League earlier and wondering if you'd ever listened to them. Don't even ask me why. It's a two man band composed of Alex Suarez and Ryland Blackinton, who are both also in Cobra Starship. This sounds nothing like Cobra, and actually happened first since the two of them grew up in Florida together, lost touch, and then found each other randomly in New York and decided to start a band. It's kind of treated like a side project for them now though. They keep putting off announcing tour dates for the spring since Cobra things keep getting fubared with Gabe's throat surgery. (It's possible I know entirely too many useless things about bands these days. OH, if the GRE were only band trivia instead.)
