The other big one that I disagree with is her and Bill's decision to torture Baltar. My current job is in the field of human rights, and for me, torture is one thing that is absolutely never, ever acceptable. The only reason I am able to deal with that scene is because Laura, by the end of it, was clearly so upset about the whole thing (unless Bill, tbh, who seemed to be enjoying himself ...)
Most of her other decisions make a lot of sense to me. I even agree with her decision about the genocide, to be honest, as I don't see it as genocide.
