"Got it," says Gordon, who's been doing his best not to let his nerves get too jangled by all of this. It'll all be easier once they're in the thick of things, after all. "Thanks."

He gets a grunt of answer. Shephard's too busy with remembering everything you need to do to not smack a helicopter into the ground and die to talk much further.

Unfortunately, going low to the ground might not be the best option, as becomes clear when the island comes into view and our heroes find themselves staring at a sheer cliff face.
