Okay, I'm deciding that it is better to actually eat something than forgo food because it is dairy, gluten, processed, sugary, or greasy.

I simply can't eat as healthy as I want to. My schedule is too busy (classes, internship, work, and rehearsal in a solid block) and I'm stuck on campus too much. Most of the time I don't even have a chance to ( Read more... )

I love having nothing that fits, it makes me feel skinny. haha. But I suppose it would since I'm actually trying to lose weight. I get your whole deal on the healthy food being so inaccessable though. That frustrates me so much because I want to eat well but with our schedules it's like impossible.

Awww. :( Please eat!

For times when I know the only food available is going to be vending machine food, I am a big fan of the brown rice and black/refried beans... you can bring some around with you without fridging it, and heating is not absolutely necessary. Yummy with avocado slices too.
