In the Shrine of the Tentacle

Jul 26, 2009 23:40

The room itself wasn't extraordinary, just a normal, boring looking room filled with left-behind things: books, crumpled pieces of paper... Pieces of a life that had to be put together again, yet the place didn't feel sad. I sit down on an already overflowing bookshelf that has toppled over and rest my chin on my hands. In dreams like this I know ( Read more... )

*Bows over laughing*

Clearly I need to reinstate what setting when I met The Tentacle. ^.^ I was at a beautiful beach with white untainted sand and blue water. The place was deserted, lonely but peaceful. I was with someone whom I dunno who and The Tentacle spoke of Dave.

Lol. Twisted quirky story of how we meet. Well ,sure, go ahead and continue if you want to. Knock youself out! :D

Oh I certainly shall :D in a dream like that anything and everything can knock me out XD

Ehehe I think I had far too much fun writing this... I BLAME YOU.

And who cares how you met the Tentacle? ;P the important thing is that you MET it and it told you things about someone or other and you woke up thinking "eh??"

*huggle* I do hope you liked it though ;P it gives me something to use LJ for you know?

You know, you're like the 2nd person's LJ site that I see the word, "Nevermore". I'm sure it's quoted from the poem, The Raven. The 1st person was the same person who created Sim Cas. What's with me, journals and "Nevermore" today??

Btw, you do know some people may just get funny ideas about the O-great The Tentacle right?? Man, that's by far the only and weirdest creature in all my dreams. =.=

Nevermore is indeed from The Raven by the ever-great Edgar Alan Poe :D

Ehehehe Sim-Cas XD ah man... this is too much... this story of our lives is gonna ROCK ALL SOCKS AROUND THE WORLD I kid you not. We'll be famous. They'll wanna make a movie. I hope they cast someone hot as the Tentacle, I mean hello? We dream about it, it might as well be good looking ;p

Misha Collins I tell you. I shall worship no one except him. (as The Tentacle I mean but I wouldn't mind if he's sth else *cough*) :D

...I just had the most epically vivid vision of Misha in a makeshift tentacle costume flailing around saying shit like "be in awe of me, I am the TENTACLE waaaaaah" and it should tell you how bad of a day I've had that I instantly crack up and stay in hysterical laughter for over 5 minutes.

That's it. Misha is cast.

Yes. Argh. Honestly.
I spent 3 hours colour correcting, then I firewired the comp to a screen to check my res and suddenly all and I mean ALL of my colour correction was un-applied. 3. Hours.

For the record, I don't think it's possible to have too much fun when writing a story like this. Which had me doubled over laughing so that I started hacking like I do lately, and couldn't stop, so congratulations, you are indirectly the cause of my first headache of the day.

*pats shoulder* And Val... I feel your pain... I wanted you to go back to the painting, too. *solemn nod*

Eep headaches aren't good, but it's good that they were caused by laughing XD glad you liked it, I love when shit just works, you know? Haha you never know, YOU may have an epic dream some time and then I can write a story bout us too XD

so, where's my medal? =D I liked it, although, thinking about dreams remind me of my own dreams. They're not very nice, no. *shudder* Last, I murdered my old teacher, hid her in the garden and then proceeded to feel this terrible case of regret, anxiety and fear when they came looking for her. My dreams are of the vivid kind, so I actually FEEL whatever is happening in them >_
