Blurred Memories
Kingdom Hearts. One-sided Zexion/Xemnas. Implied Xehanort/Ienzo. G. 177 words.
Written for fairymage's Lyric Challenge.
Memories had always been a complicated matter to deal with, even more so when it involved Nobodies. They weren't, supposed to feel anything and yet they could remember feeling these so-called emotions they no longer seem to possess.
At the very least Zexion found the whole situation was little tedious. In a way he was feeling but really all he was doing was remembering what he once had felt. Remembering was the worst thing because the people in the memories were still here, so the past was hardly dead.
So it was only natural that he wished that he could forget everything that he remembered. The lower rank members of the Organization probably thought how wonderful it was to remember how things were before. Zexion couldn't stand it. He despised how his mind would turn to the memories and then switched the individuals in the memory, until the images blurred and then became something that not even Zexion had ever pondered about.
The past was certainly not going to repeat itself, at least not this time.
