Everything is cleared up and tim and i are ok, there is still i think some tension and of course the whole issue of can i trust you...but other than that we pretty much worked things out. He found the mail i had sent dave, i could tell he was upset and he knew it was just to get back at him. He ended up knowing exactly how i felt after he read it.
