this does remind me of a shoujo manga. jaehyo is like that one mc in a manga that's always ruffled and kind of a weirdo but is inexplicably popular and liked for his good looks. and all the girls coo over him and the guys are like, "seriously? that guy?" I love kyung and jiho's friendship, and how jaehyo and minhyuk are friends, and the difference between kyung's texts to jiho and to yukwon. sharing oranges. :> and jaehyo's nervous neck-touching habit, haha. the part on the river banks, that whole scene is really pretty. I can imagine the setting and the way jaehyo would be sitting there, staring off into the sunset, as kyung slowly walked up behind him. jaekyung is such a good-looking otp. ;;; such wonderful fic for them. ♥♥♥

good i'm glad! ;~; since shoujo manga was what i was going for (i actually had to google things about shoujo because omg i've never really read it before since my manga knowledge is pretty much just naruto & bleach lol).

but yes! i like friendships ;_; i was actually really afraid that it'd seem more like a zikyung than a jaekyung for a while there (but that's because their bromance is so very precious to me idek). i really wanted to include a lot of rl parallels into this, so the oranges and nervous habits just kind of wormed their way into this! jaekyung is a really great looking otp! ♥♥♥

this was really sweet and just every bit of cute. ugh favorite otp. firstly i love the 92-line friendship. esp zikyung and you've portrayed it wonderfully here. i have like very limited knowledge of shoujo anime and anime in general BUT THIS WAS SO CUTE. kyung being a nervous wreck was so adorable. and the oranges! ;_; soulmate otp. ;_; danaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

thank youuuuu :* i really like writing friendship (because friendship is easier to write about (kisses are hard)) zikyung is my favorite bromance ever! so i'm really happy you liked the way they were portrayed in this :) i was trying to get this silly, first love, cute vibe that all the boy-love manga seems to share (as well as shoujo) but... i'm not the best or most knowledgeable of that subject either. my knowledge of shoujo and shonen-ai is very very very limited as well, but i'm happy you think it's cute! mission accomplished :* ♥
