well, to update...the person has called back. I wasn't there, but when I went in to get an outfit and the caller ID showed it. *sigh* I'm SO hungry right now! But things are going well...actually for the longest time I've wished for something that I could really never have...but because of this incident I suddenly have it. It's great and wonderful

dude you have them on caller id so it shows their number or does it have the unknowen stuff? cause if you have their number you call the cops and have them nail their ass.

The thing is that I do have caller ID. Whenever someone calls and if the phone doesn't know who it is, it shows Unknown Caller, Unknown Number...but this was interesting. I never saw it say Private Name, Private Number before. That's why it seems to have been so planned out...even a drunk prank would have probably shown up as at least a number. If the cops are going to go after the number, they have to put a trace on my phone since the number doesn't show on the ID.

yea but privite numbers are easy to do all you do is dail *67 then the number. ya know i think about it call the phone company and get a new number.atleast then you won't get the calls.

Seriously, since they have called you more than once, you should report it. I don't know how your campus security works...it sucked at my Uni, I would have told them anyway and then called the police, or told security I wanted them too. I mean of course it seems drastic and scary to call the police, but that's what they're there for. You feel legitimately unsafe in your own dorm, and I'm sure they will try and help you as much as they can, really.
