It's the thought of the trickle down effect on the rest of the world that I was worried about.

And I couldn't believe that anyone could look at Romney and see anything that made sense - and there was nothing I could do about it.

yeah I'm french and I was jumping around at 2 am this morning cause we escaped the "Romney" craziness.
How do they say " this is a good day for America" right ? :-D

As someone who lives just next door to the U.S. I was really worried, too. Having someone like Romney in power, and what he represents, was too frightening a thought, let alone a reality.

So happy Americans voted the way they did *high-fives*

Even though I couldn't FATHOM why anyone would choose Romney, I really was quite concerned. But I have to say, I'm proud of us for managing to do the right thing and I'm feeling just a little less jaded and a little more hopeful. *exhales*

Living in the US I gotta tell you, it was really scary for a while there - I cant even explain what people were thinking... I'm just glad this round is over. Hopefully sanity will increase and things will get better from here.
