I don't know if I'm going to be able to write a log everyday, but day one (logically) seemed a good place to start.

After Cola's passing, Fox demanded that I quit smoking.  A few people important to me have asked that I quit, Fox and my mother being the most prevalent of them.  I honestly cannot refuse anything that Fox asks of me, so I decided that
