What song are you currently addicted to?
I have to mention (a shitload) more than one because I suck at following instructions like that okay thank you. I have certain songs that I could love my entire life, of which would be Simple & Clean, Wandering Flame, Hiru no Tsuki, and Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence. My number addiction right now would be VIVID. Pretty much anything by The Hush Sound, The Classic Crime (1 2 3 4 LOL), and YUI's Again single are also fair game. HAHA SORRY LINK SPAM. I like too many different kinds of music so I'm usually addicted to 3247384 different songs at once.
What's your favorite season?
For the longest time I thought I hated winter because it made me depressed, then I thought it was summer because that made me depressed, and then I realized that I was just a sad little unhappy child LOL. Honestly, I don't really have a favorite season because there's no season where it's always sunnily raining in Washington. It's all just shit rain. Saaaaaaaaadface. But I really do like winter a lot because even though it's cold, it actually gets pretty sunny when it snows. And when it snows it's reallly quiet outside and I like to walk in it and mess up the perfect smooth white parts because I'm a bastard.
What’s the most enjoyable thing you’ve done these days?
Sitting around at home and playing FFX. My friend Mark and I end up playing the same RPG's at the same time a lot, so he was replaying FFX and I copied him. It's really relaxing to just sit around and just type commentary on the game with him, even though it's mostly me cussing out the Blitzball AI and him calling Tidus a faggot (which he is, but somehow it's more insulting coming from Mark because he actually hates Tidus and isn't saying it out of love like I do)
No actually, I'm sure it's not really the game itself and more just talking to Mark about it. We're not even playing the same goddamn game right now because I'm really slow. He's done and I'm like, halfway through. I stopped playing just to pull Dissidia out and go through all of Tidus' voice files because I am so in love with him like that. In fact, expect some kind of strange, delirious post relating to Tidus in the near future.
What is the one skill you wish you had?
I wish I could do something I could just idly show off, like being really good at hip-hop dancing or doing pencil revolutions or something--I mean there's a HUGE DIFFERENCE between those two things but they're still both pretty cool in their own regards, right!?
What’s your favorite meal?
HARD SHELL BEEF TACOS. Yay fast food.
What's your favorite musical instrument?
I love electronic, synth-y sounds so keyboards/digital instruments will always have a place in my heart, but as for traditional instruments, I think cello might be my favorite. Violins and harps are pretty but they get boring, and other instruments aren't much more notable than those to me. When I was composing a song for my senior project this year, I put a cello in it and seriously just tried to shoehorn all the fucking solos I could put in the thing so I have to have some kind of hidden love for the instrument. I guess it's because cellos are generally so uninteresting that I enjoy things like string quartets/chambers that showcase what the instrument can do.
What Web sites do you always visit when you go online?
Gmail, facebook, anything that shows up on my RSS feed (which includes stuff from livejournal, various manga sites, nerd blogs etc). I also neurotically like to check baking life and tinychat. And then MSN messenger, but that's not really a site.
What was the last thing you bought?
Super awesome GAP sweater and a red dress shirt I think I'm gonna wear for Kollaboration. I LOVE VALUE VILLAGE/USED CLOTHING/THRIFT STORES IN GENERAL.
If you win 10.000 bucks today. What would you do with it?
Dude I have no clue. I like spending stuff in $20-$100 increments and not...thousands. That's so much money I'd probably flip a coin to see whether my parents or I have to deal with it, but I guess I'd just spend it on the band? God knows we need new equipment. Jesse already spends so much money on us, stupid bleeding heart.
Last concert you went to?
Classic Crime in December. Daphne Loves Derby opened for them, so it was just icing on the cake for me. Two orgasmically wonderful bands with some of my closest friends downtown was a memorable winter experience for me. ;w;~ I generally don't like concerts though, because I have problems with standing too long and I don't like huge noisy crowds to being with.
What's your favorite (PV/MV)?
LOL Tsubasa stop having the same answers as me. Just Be Friends is probably the prettiest one I've seen. I honestly don't like listening to the song without being able to watch the MV, so maybe the centerpiece is really the music video and not the song...?
What is the best place you’ve ever been?
Meredith's house. Her mom feeds me so well and I don't have to worry about anything besides Meredith beating me after dying in video games, which is more than an acceptable price for letting me half-live in their house and not washing the dishes for the past half a year or something. That, and Hong Kong, which is a shopping utopia awahsjkdhakjsdh *drool*.
Do you want to learn another language?
Japanese, of course, because I'm a weaboo and I've been watching anime since I could tie my shoes, but I'm really interested in Latin, too. I don't really study it a lot but I'm a bit of a vocabulary buff, and I always like to find roots/prefixes/suffixes just because I like knowing where things come from. Mandarin, too, because I kind of don't really like Cantonese much (not to mention I suck shit at it anyway lolol).
