I got me one of them 'employments' everyone's been talking about lately.
If you ever find yourself in Athens, GA at the College Station Kroger, stay away from the Meat Counter because I look stupid in a hairnet. Mostly it's the usual retail stocking and 'Can I help sir or madam'. Hopefully I'll also pick up some useful information about...meat

Ah, first jobs. I remember the very important wisdom my father spoke to me after my first day of working in a big, non-air-conditioned warehouse in one of those no sitting sort of jobs. The conversation went like this:

Cap'n's father: So, how did you like work today?
Cap'n:: I didn't, really.
Cap'n's father: Then I suggest you go to college.
