Last night I experienced perhaps the most brilliant hour of television in the history of the world.

Once More, With Feeling was sheer delight.

I can't believe the level of Buffy obsession that has overtaken me.

I suggest never listening to the songs anywhere outside of the privacy of your own home unless you're comfortable with an overwhelming desire to sing at the top of your lungs.

Even without the brilliantness that is that episode, the songs are just plain fun to sing along with. It makes me happy.

I constantly fight an overwhelming desire to sing at the top of my lungs. :-D The songs are totally happy and that episode cheered me up a great deal.

I'm just watching Buffy and Angel for the first time. The speed at which I am flying through the seasons is alarming.

Ahhhh. I misunderstood you when you mentioned you were watching them. I thought you were re-watching both series, in the order in which they aired. I didn't realize it was your first time watching all of them.

Part of me wishes I was obsessed when they were airing and part of the "Buffy culture" of the time but every time I watch an episode now, I think to myself, "I never would have lasted week to week waiting to see what happens!!!"

Ha. The owner of the DVDs (who has kindly let me borrow them) is a bit miffed that I don't have to wait or experience the anticipation.
