Is that the Church of Christ, Scientist? That's the only Church of Christ I can think of.

There are new agey cult groups that have the words "Church" and "Christ" in their names but I wouldn't call them Christian! :)

church-of-christ.org is what I could find to describe the religion I was raised in.

It's not the Scientist branch or the United branch. It's just called the Church of Christ. It's really conservative.

Cultish, but not in the new agey way.

Ah, then it's not one of the new agey cults I was referring to. Though I don't know much about the Church of Christ. Sounds like you were raised in it but don't really subscribe to it? I'm not sure if I still consider myself a part of the one I was raised in or not, which is Roman Catholic. There's at least a few things about it that don't make sense to me or I don't agree with.

I'm pretty much completely divorced from the Church of Christ and all of its tenets. They give me the willies. And not in a good way.
