i have a confession to make.
every time i am on wikipedia, i end up finding an entry where there is a quote and the periods or commas are placed outside of the quotation marks and i often spend an hour or more following links and correcting all the ", and ". i see. -

how have i made it this long without listening to the flaming lips? how does it happen that you can really like a song from a band but go years, nay, a decade, before it occurs to you to do something about it, that maybe that one song isn't just a fluke but rather an indication of greatness?
