Okay, you all... I think that we may be moving to the Netherlands. Seriously. I am ordering language cds and we are learning about the immigration policies, seminaries for me and jobs for whomever wants to go with us. We are taking our tax return and selling our vehicles and thinking about it for the Fall. We won't sell all the vehicles yet,

i am really surprised that you are considering this. What about your children? I want to make sure that you have truly thought this through--sorry to say, but this just sounds crazy. I hope the move is not for recerational purposes. I just don't know what to say.... Sorry I had to read about this in a journal post. Regardless, I have and will support you in your decisions. I HATE CHANGE!! Last semester without u and P sucked big time--I know I am being selfish--I just love you gals. BLAH

Right now, dear, is just the information gathering stage. We haven't made a solid decision. But consider our children here. Can you imagine? A constitutional amendment was re-endorsed during a NATIONAL speech again last night. An atmosphere of hate, discrimination, and fear is being created and has been created. Do you have any idea how unsafe we are here? And our children? And our livelihoods?

Furthermore, within the span of 5 minutes, he threatened 3 countries, all with nuclear capabilities: Syria, Iran, and North Korea. Girl, I don't want to be here when we get OUR kharma for invading and occupying and killing in another country. We don't have the military strength we used to have, and it could very well happen on OUR soil this time. It would serve us right, too, walking around the world like we have the biggest dick in the Universe and urinating on everything.

Come with us if we go, but don't panic yet. We have a LOT to think about.

And, no, no recreation considered here. The ability to manage my pain legally, however, is another story. Can you see that happening here?

Well, my children would be coming with us, of course. I would much rather raise my children in a country that preaches tolerance everywhere you turn - tv commercials about saving the environment instead of things to buy all the time or bad things to put in our body like snickers and mcdonalds. If I really had the choice, I would rather my children have to learn another language than to have to be scared to tell anyone about their aunt pam. As far as the recreational purposes question, the answer is no. And I will add to that, it will be very nice to be in a place where I can grow a plant and have aaaaaaaall of Pam's pain taken care of. She has crippling pain every night because of a disorder that is incurable. So, marajuana does have something to do with it, yes, however, I would say that it is a seriously far cry from recreational, wouldn't you? I have thought this thru. Over and over and over again.
