i think what might attract me so much to the k/s relationship is that it, realistically, shouldn't have a happy ending. they are meant for each other, but not made for each other. it is so sad and hopeless, and a little lonely. but it is very real. -

gawd, kirk is so cute! i could just hug him. and his winning smile. i have never seen one before his, but that is a winning smile.
and spock is so cute. with his expressions, his raised eyebrows. i could hug him too!
although i have to say, kirk has the better butt. :D :D -

looks like we might sell the house!
we've got an offer for $750,000, which is $40,000 less than we asked and a little under what we expected to get, but considering the economy and our needs it is decent. we have accepted, but these people have a bid on another house, and they will choose. we will know by tmr if the deal is done ( Read more... ) -
selling the house
we've had a few open houses, this last one to the public. the thought of strangers, and neighbors trudging through the house really creeped me out, so of course i had to put almost everything away. however, i left everything on my wall: posters, drawings, calender, stickers, cards, etc. and i left the poem which talia wrote for me, in full view ( Read more... ) -
