I've baked a berry tart for my friend's birthday and burned my fingers 'cause once again I've forgot about the damned heating element. I'm too used to the gas cooker. Still, my friend seemed to like the tart, so I didn't suffer in vain.

The burn looks much worse than actually feels :)

This tart is really easy to make.

1. You'll need tart crust first - you can buy it or make it yourself. Usually I make the dough myself using this recipe (it's the easiest tart crust recipe ever
