I watched Sweeney Todd the other night and fell in love with the music! :)

A good bulk of my customers make me think that they fell of the stupid truck. And I I agree the do you want me to read the order back to you is more straightforward. You gotta love rude morons. And anyone who deals with customers has to bend to the will of uneducated America. My favorite is the lady with a fake Coach purse using her food stamps to buy nothing but junk food for herself while her kids grab for food. Her four kids....with a fifth on the way. She has 700 bucks in food stamps and she gets off being rude thinking the world owes her. Ugh! Sorry for the tirade. In short, I agree with you and a *hug* for dealing with the world of cust. serv.

*hug* to you for the same reason. People are stupid, selfish and completely out of line, as a general collective.

Customers sometimes act very slow. You have to have major patience to deal with them. I promised myself that since I do customer service I will never be like the some of the slow customers that I have.
