Essentially someone who frequently (if not always) goes for more exotic and exquisite meals, with little care of the price and can give excellent and fair critques during food tasting.

I may be able to give you a hand if food critiques are what you're looking for. Though, I also know the owner and head chef of a place downtown who has been everywhere in the world, it seems, to compile his menu - he would be more resourceful than I.
