The Supreme Court will decide whether to grant a Writ of Certiorari (i.e. to hear the case) on February 18th, and will announce it on Feb. 22. The agreement of only four Justices is needed for the Court to take a case, but the Court only takes about 1% of the cases brought to it. The other day we did a lil' grocery shopping and there was a spirited but not out-of-control boy there. Perhaps he was two or three. He was bouncing around near his mom saying "arrrr! arrrr! arrrr! arrrr!" and running up to her in a hug she leaned down for so he could say "happy, happy, happy, happy". So two recent articles in the local paper Finhill Homeless Camp due to move and Church in Kirkland to host Tent City 4 were brought to my attention by Leah.
I don't like the the idea of homeless tent cities, and this is why.
