I don't know what to do!! I'm supposed to be on a diet, but I can't stop eating desserts. I need some advise on how to give up sugar!! I can't throw it all away because 2 other people live with me. Even if I look at jp magazines, I don't have any motivation to stop eating sweets. Comments, please and thank you!!

i don't gain weight on sugar, but meat. I love sugar! Eat more bland food and drink more water, it'll help stop the cravings.

well I'm the same... and I live with people who always buy sweets. Fortunately I'm rarely at home XD the only thing is to try to contain a one dessert a day:|
is difficult but is a challenge with yourself at the endU_U

Change sugar with honey!

Since I don't like sweets, I barely consume sugar and replace it with honey.
Honey is a lot healthier than sugar plus it helps maintaining your health.

I think it's fine if you're craving for sweets as long as you excercise regularly, e.g. walking 20 minutes a day (right after the sunset) or dancing for 15-20 minutes =D

if u like eat something sweet and cant stop eating it...how about Try eat sweet fruit like mango, grape, raisin, melon...this will help for ur diet..since the korean artist have this kind of diet.

ugh.. I soo do not envy you. i had to be on a diet because of medical reasons.. worst days of my life. I am addicted ( yes.. i admit it) to chocolate. to live days, just on water and bread was painful. i think, all you need is a good will and motivation.

with the deserts.. you don't stop all at once, because it is nearly impossible. depending on how often you eat it, try tu slowly cut down. meaning, if you at it, like me chocolate every day, try to skip it one day. or have a little, tiny desert to satisfy your need for deserts.

all i can say is, try small portions, with fruits on the derts. or leave money hidden somwhere, where you might forget you hid it there, and then you don't have enough money to spend on deserts. :)
