Good point, but... I fail to see how the USA [i'll refrain from saying America] is "great" because we're better than third world dictatorships. And as much as I love Russia, only the rich live like first worlders. That's not the mark of a 1st world country. I can easily see how being better than horrible countries makes us good. But great? When there's a lot of other countries doing more socially minded things? Somehow I don't see it.
