Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
One of Chloe's distinguishing traits is her ridiculous height. As a female she stands at a stoopidly tall 5'11", towering over almost every girl and even some boys as well. As far as build goes, she is wiry and lean. She had always been an active kid, and those habits never really died. She can sometimes be caught running or training in the very early morning. Because of her height and her masculine habits and wardrobe, Chloe can often be mistaken as a boy.
2. How old is she?
The ridiculous part of Chloe's height is because she is only 15, yet she is taller than a lot of adults. xD
3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
Chloe is used to slouching her shoulders slightly when someone actually wants to talk to her (why would anyone wanna talk to her geez). This fact makes it an incredibly intimidating display when she actually squares her shoulders and stands at her full height.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Chloe is the epitome of healthy. With the constitution of at least 12 work horses, its very rare to see her gasping for breath or showing any sign of fatigue.
5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
Chloe is a strange one. Most of the time her movements are tense, as she doesn't really ever seem relaxed. The only time this reserved tenseness evaporates is on the battlefield. In battle she is graceful and fluid, which is surprising given her height. She is one mean machine in battle, haha.
6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
PFFFFT UH WELL... CHLOE IS... HANDSOME I GUESS? IDK. She gets mistaken for a boy due to her strong features and how tall she is. She doesn't have an opinion on herself. Does she even look in a mirror? Better yet... does she even OWN a mirror?
7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Chloe is pale. Pale everything.
8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
Chloe fits the stereotypical German appearance. Her hair is pale blonde that sometimes appears silver due to how light it is. Chloe's hair is actually pretty soft. She isn't really one for elaborate hairstyles so she just... keeps it from looking like a wild mess. One eye is covered by her bangs, but otherwise it just falls to her shoulders.
9. What color are her eyes?
Pale icy blue. Looking into them for too long could chill you to the bone.
10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
Chloe almost never smiles. When she does, it is a surprisingly soft and gentle look that not many people would expect from her. Some would be surprised by its sheer genuine feel.
11. What are her chief tension centers?
Shoulders, shoulder blades, jaw, upper back. Chloe is a very tense individual. Everything about her is reserved and tense, like a coiled spring waiting to be set free.
12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Chloe prefers simple and boyish outfits. At school she is forced to wear a skirt, so she opted for the longest available (to just above her ankles) and she wears regular mens knickerbockers underneath that skirt SO AS SOON AS CLASS IS OVER BAM. OFF COMES THE SKIRT. She wears calf-high boots and socks no matter what the weather is like. Her shirts are all alike as well; the same white dress shirt, like the one issued as part of the school uniform. She wears a plain black neckerchief at almost all times. When not in school, Chloe has been known to wear black y-brace suspenders as well. All very masculine clothing, which earns her a lot of ire considering the mindset that women shouldn't be wearing pants or mens clothes. THANKFULLY ITS JUST COMING INTO STYLE. xD
13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
Chloe doesn't like wearing the skirt as part of her uniform, but puts up with it. She looks more natural in pants anyway.
14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
She has a part time job at a fancy cafe in which she wears a suit. She opted for the straight pant legs instead of the flared legs of the pantsuits for women (they tend to get in her way). Otherwise she dresses relatively the same.
15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
I imagine she would wear something akin to boxerbriefs? xD
Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Chloe's voice is lower/deeper than most females, and she doesn't really speak all that often. Depending on how she's feeling emotionally at the time, her voice can be a pleasant rumble or a hoarse growl. Sometimes she can be heard humming in the music room, and it doesn't sound half bad.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
HolyshitChloecanspeak?! She prefers to only speak when she needs to and... she doesn't feel she needs to most of the time. Oddly enough she can usually get her point across quite well without actually saying anything. When she does speak, it really depends on why she's speaking. If she's speaking regularly, she speaks evenly and sparsely; if she can get away with it, she speaks only a few words at a time. If she's angry? Her voice is a roar, mixed with German, that could rattle your very bones.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Chloe has a slight German accent, but she is capable of hiding it pretty well. She does have the occasional "z" or "v" where there shouldn't be, but it would take someone really paying attention to notice.
4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
Chloe's first language is German, and she speaks it fluently (better than she does English xD)
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Chloe sometimes lets slip a few German words in an English sentence. It's not really certain if this is an accident or done on purpose. When she is angry (see:ENRAGED) she will switch between the two, spitting both languages just as viciously.
6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
It really depends on the situation. She acts on instinct so she is used to thinking on her feet. The fact that she rarely speaks gets in the way of this. xD
7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
Chloe is very blunt. She isn't inarticulate as much as she is just... to the point. Trying to change this is very VERY awkward for her. She tries her best to be polite and courteous nonetheless.
Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
Chloe is definitely street-smart. She has a higher wisdom score than intelligence score. Her super power is common sense.
2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
She excels in thinking on her feet. Everything about her runs on instinct and intuition as opposed to logic and actual knowledge.
3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
"Thought process" is giving Chloe too much credit. She is very intuitive and wise, and lets other people take care of the logical business. As far as Idealism and Practicality, she is a mixture of both. She is an idealist in the sense that she firmly stands behind what she believes, and what she believes isn't exactly the norm... but she is practical in the sense that she is blunt, to the point, and takes the path that gets the job done.
4. What kind of education has the character had?
Chloe attended grade school in Germany until "moving" to America.
5. What are her areas of expertise? What, if anything, is she interested in learning more about?
Chloe excels in anything physical (such as physical education), and surprisingly, English. She is interested in learning more about American firearms DERP. xDD
6. Is she an introvert or an extrovert?
Chloe is very much an introvert. No one really knows what she is thinking or feeling, and she would like to keep it that way. A CONSTANT ENIGMA.
7. Describe the character's temperament. Is she even-tempered or does she have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
Chloe is often seen as sombre and quiet. She doesn't lose her temper easily, but she has a steadfast determination that is impossible to break; if she starts something, she will complete it, whether it kills her or not.
8. How does she respond to new people or situations? Is she suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
Chloe is very tense and some people see that as her being suspicious. Her greetings are awkward at best, but she does her best to be civil and polite, even if it does come off as being rather intimidating.
9. Is she more likely to act, or to react?
Very much reaction. She is there to keep others safe, so she needs a danger to react to.
10. Which is her default: fight or flight?
Fight, especially if there's someone she cares for involved. She is very self sacrificing in nature, but she stands tall and firm for what she believes in. "If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything."
11. Describe the character's sense of humour. Does she appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
Chloe has a dry sense of humour that can be seen as dark. She doesn't much understand many American jokes, but that's alright; it's not like she smiles or laughs or anything anyway. xD
12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does she deal with them?
Nothing that's been diagnosed, but she fits the bill for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and is prone to night terrors. Other than that, one would assume she would have something akin to social anxiety disorder from the way she actively avoids people. She deals with it the same way she deals with anything pertaining to emotions and feelings; she doesn't. Chloe just shuts up, tells no one, and bottles it up.
13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
The first time her father taught her to shoot a gun, and the events leading up to her "moving" to America, especially the sight and smell of someone freshly killed.
14. What does she fear?
Chloe fears being a burden on anyone, especially after what happened in her past. She views it as her fault, and tries not to get close to people as a result. She views herself as useless and knows what she can do is limited, so she tries her best to keep other people safe, even at the cost of her own safety. Better her than them, right?
15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
She hopes that she will get to see her parents again, that they aren't dead, and that the Brotherhood doesn't find her at Adessi.
16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
Pretty much everything. She doesn't want people to know she is an ace with firearms unless the situation absolutely calls for it.. she doesn't want people to know about her parents, her past, or anything related to why she is in America. The less they know, the safer they are.
Relationships
1. Describe this character's relationship with her parents.
Chloe loves her parents and respects them greatly, and her parents are proud of her.
2. Does the character have any siblings? What is/was their relationship like?
Chloe is an only child.
3. Are there other blood relatives to whom she is close? Are there ones she can't stand?
None whatsoever.
4. Are there other, unrelated people whom she considers part of her family? What are her relationships with them?
None. Chloe is preeeetty lonely. xD

PFFFFFFT CHLOE DOESN'T HAVE ANY FRIENDS SILLY

Chloe respects Theo and feels indebted to him, even if he doesn't like Chloe all that much. She has given him what little trust she is able to muster. So... CLOSE ENOUGH.

Chloe sees them as one and the same. The only difference is that one group is related by blood, but Chloe can grow to love each equally.

Single and it will stay that way until she dies, more than likely. xD
10. Is she currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
PFFFT no.

Chloe doesn't have crushes. I don't think she even knows what that means. xD

She doesn't.

HAHAHAHAHAH no.

Does a crime syndicate count? 8D

UUUUH... I guess she is a 3? She doesn't really think about it, but she isn't really partial to either gender, really. WHAT ARE RELATIONSHIPS GOSH

The thought has never crossed her mind. I reckon it wouldn't really be important.
17. What are her turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
Uuuh... she hates bullies, and people who can't think or feel for themselves? In terms of sexual turn ons and turn offs, SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANY. WHAT IS SEX.
Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does she fit type?
Capricorn. And yes. xD
2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in her life?
Chloe believes that there is a greater power out there. She isn't sure who or what it is. She isn't sure exactly what who/it is capable of. But it is out there, and she is mindful of that thought.
3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
Chloe tries to do what is right. If there is someone being bullied, she puts an end to it. If a friend is in danger, she steps in. If someone is suffering, she will do what she can to ease that suffering. She is honourable, but she is not against doing something "under-handed" to get something right. She can be seen as an anti-hero in that regard; if she can bear the burden of doing something wrong to make something right again, she will.
4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
Chloe is pretty tolerant. She realizes that not everyone can agree on everything. The only time she will speak out is if it endangers others.
5. What prejudices does she hold? Are they irrational or does she have a good reason for them?
Chloe does not have any prejudices, but she is prone to being suspicious of people in general.
Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is she rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
Chloe isn't poor, but she isn't rich either. She has a part-time job that earns her money to stay independent.
2. What is her social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected her?
What is social status. Chloe doesn't really exist in the social world save for the rumours of her being a "cold and calculating cut-throat who doesn't associate with the little people".
3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
DORM ROOM POWERS ACTIVATE! FORM OF, LUNA'S ROOMMATE! Chloe enjoys her privacy but since she can't really get that in her situation, she is very guarded about many things. If she lives long enough to get her own place, it would be her castle. A castle open to anyone she cares about.
4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
... BULLETS. *SOB*
5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
At the moment she just has a part-time job at a formal cafe. She's reasonably good at it. Be polite, don't pick fights, pretty simple and straight forward. Chloe doesn't know what she wants to do for a living. She's too concentrated on surviving at the moment. xD
6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
Chloe plays the piano pretty damn well, and she is an ace with firearms of most types. She is independent so she's a pretty good cook as well. Most of her free time is spent tuning the ancient piano in the attic, playing the piano, or doing maintenance on her gun. No srsly. She dismantles, cleans, and reassembles that damn thing at least 12 times a day lol
7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
It really depends. Chloe is capable of going a long time without food before feeling the effects, but she tends to have at least one good meal a day. She tends to cook all of her meals herself, so she doesn't really eat out. She's not old enough to drink. Chloe doesn't really like pineapples, mangos, or coleslaw.
