SUMMARY: “I know he’s still ALIVE! Yabu-kun will never leave us just like that! We will believe he’s dead if only you show us the CORPSE!”

“Next news, Okinawa, the polices and rescue team are still busy trying to find Yabu Kota, 20 years old idol from a famous group Hey!Say!JUMP who is missing since a week ago from a shooting location. The producer and the staff he worked with believed that Yabu---”
Yaotome Hikaru switched off the television and lay down on the couch. He looked at the ceiling as he recalled back what happened last week.

Yabu threw a pillow onto his best friend who was lying on his green covered bed. Seeing the pillow coming flying towards him, Hikaru quickly caught it with his hands to prevent it from hitting his precious handsome face. “Fuh…” he sighed in relieved as he put the pillow aside. He then sat up to glare at Yabu.
“Go to your house if you want to sleep. This my room” Yabu said as he jumped onto his bed and laid down next to Hikaru, grabbing the pillow and covered his face using it.
Hikaru got out of the bed and went to sit on the chair next to the desk. He took a look at the paper that was placed on the desk. “Wow, your schedule for this week is really tight na…” he said, looking onto the paper. “No wonder, you are always tired” he added as he took a glance on his best friend.
Yabu put aside the pillow and looked at Hikaru, “Ne, how’s JUMP? Everything is alright?”
“Don’t worry. We are doing fine. You should just focus on your drama first. I’ll take care of the members for you” replied Hikaru, grinning as he pointed at himself.
Yabu felt relieved as he heard the words that just came out from between Hikaru’s lips. His lips slowly curved a smile as he sat up and faced Hikaru but then he sighed. “I really want to join JUMP’s activities again but there are still two more episodes to go shooting” he said as he sighed again.
Hikaru went to sit next to Yabu and put his hand on Yabu’s shoulder, “We’ll wait for you to finish the drama and we can be together again as JUMP. Only two more episodes, right? It won’t take that long! We’ll be together again!”
Yabu laughed at Hikaru’s words, “We’ll be together again. That sounds so weird”
Hikaru pouted, “What’s so weird about it, huh?” and laughed along with Yabu.
“Ne, tomorrow I’m going to Okinawa for drama shooting. So, I’ll not be at home the whole day tomorrow till the day after tomorrow”

“But, since then…you never come back…” Hikaru whispered as he slowly closed his eyes.

The next day, Johnnys Jimushou, the JUMP members were gathered in a room with a big round table in the middle. Each member took a seat surrounding the round table. The nine boys just stayed quiet, no one was saying anything, not even a word. After about 5 minutes waiting quietly in the room, the door opens, revealing an old man. All eyes were on him as he walked toward his seat and sat down.
“Ohayou, Hey!Say!JUMP” greeted the old man to the nine boys infront of him.
“Ohayou gozaimasu…” greeted the boys back but in a very small weak voice as if they didn’t eat any breakfast for the morning.
The old man, who was actually the president of Johnny Jimushou, looked from one member to another. None of the members got a smile on their face. He sighed seeing his beloved boys acting like this but he couldn’t blame them. Their friend was missing, of course they were worried. Johnny-san cleared his throat and started the meeting. “You guys are here because we need to discuss about your upcoming nation tour concert that will start in 5 days” he said as he looked at the paper in his hand. Seeing no response from the boys, he continued, “The first place will be Yohohama, next---”
Takaki suddenly cut his sentence, “You are still care about the concert when Yabu is missing right now?” His eyes were glaring sharp into Johnny-san’s eyes.
Johnny-san knew this would happen. He put down the paper and took off his glasses. Looking at Takaki, he said, “I do worried about Yabu and hope that we can find him soon. But, this concert already had been decided since a month ago. The tickets were already sold and lots of people are coming to see you guys perform. They want to watch you, Hey! Say! JUMP”
“Hey! Say! JUMP?” Takaki asked as he let out a laugh. The other members looked at him but no one was saying anything. “We are not JUMP if one member is missing!!” he suddenly raised his voice towards Johnny-san as he slammed both his hands on the table.
“Takaki!” called Hikaru, trying to calm him down.
“I know that, Takaki. But, the important thing now is we still need to carry out the concert no matter what” replied Johnny-san.
“I don’t want to do this without Yabu. Sorry but count me out this time” said Takaki firmly as he stood up and left the room.
Johnny-san looked at the remaining members in the room, “Okay if Takaki don’t want to do it, I won’t force him. Eight members will do. Now, let’s continue the meeting”
Before Johnny-san able to add another sentence, Yamada stood up. “Count me out” that was the only sentence that came out from his mouth. Johnny-san’s eyes followed Yamada as Yamada left the room and closed the door behind him.
Johnny-san turned his sight to the only 7 remaining members. He took a deep breath and asked, “Any other wants to leave?”
As he asked the question, one by one of the members stood up, starting from Keito, Inoo, Yuto, Chinen, Daiki and Ryutaro. They all bowed and started walking towards the door. Johnny-san sighed as the door closed. Now, the only member in the room was Hikaru.
“Why are you not leaving, Hikaru?” asked Johnny-san as he massaged his temple using his fingers, feeling dizzy with what was happening.
Hikaru looked up to Johnny-san, “Just like what Takaki had said, we are not JUMP if we are missing one member. It is not that we don’t want to see our fans, but we can’t perform in a JUMP concert when we are not JUMP. Please tell the fans about that. I’ll take my leave now” Hikaru then bowed towards Johnny-san and left the room.

-Somewhere that no one knows where-
Yabu Kota forced himself to continue walking through the bushes, ignoring all the pain he was feeling throughout his body. Until finally, he couldn’t take it anymore and collapsed onto the ground, unconscious.
“Grandma, I found someone!!” shouted a girl who was happened to be passing by the place.
An old looking woman but still looked so energetic came nearing her granddaughter who was calling her. “Someone?” she asked the girl.
“There he is” told the girl as she pointed at the bushes near them. The old woman looked to where the girl was pointing at and gasped as she saw an injured young man was lying unconsciously on the ground.
“Call your grandpa and brother now, Miki! This young man needs help!” she ordered her granddaughter and ran to get Yabu.

Yabu slowly opened his eyes. Weakly, he turned his head to look around him. When he realized that he was in an unknown room, he immediately tried to sit up but the pain on his stomach caused him to fall back onto the hard mat again. He groaned in pain, holding his stomach.
Then he heard sound of footsteps running and someone opened the door. Yabu looked up to the small figure that was standing at the door. The small girl looked down at Yabu and ran back to outside the room. “Grandma, grandpa, brother! He’s awaked already!” Yabu heard the girl shouting.
“Finally, you’re awaked…” said the grandma as she entered the room and approached Yabu. Yabu tried to sit up again but the grandma stopped him. “Just stay like that. You shouldn’t move too much. I just treated your wound”
“Where am I?” asked Yabu as his eyes wandered around the room. It was a small room with only a small size mat on the wooden floor.
The grandma smiled, “You are in our house right now, grandson. Don’t worry, you’ll be fine here”

-Johnnys Jimushou-
JUMP’s dressing room was not as cheerful as usual today. Each member just sat down at one corner of the room and stayed quiet. Chinen and Daiki who are always super-hyper were extremely quiet today.
“I wonder how Yabu-kun is doing right now…I’m so worried” Inoo broke the silence. As he said those words, the members looked up at him.
Takaki who couldn’t take it anymore suddenly stood up and went to Hikaru who was just sitting quietly, doing nothing. “Hikaru, we need to do something!” he said to Hikaru.

Yabu heard noises from outside the room he was in and opened his eyes. Slowly, ignoring the pain on his stomach, he sat up. He looked around him. He was still in the same room. Curious with what was happening outside, he stood up and started walking slowly to the door. He pushed open the door a little and peeked outside.
“Grandpa, you’re cheating! That’s not right!” scolded a small little girl to an old man. They were playing a game using some small stones they got from outside the house. Yabu then heard a small laugh. It was from the old woman, the one who came into the room and told him to rest earlier.
Yabu felt the pain again and put one of his hands on his wound that already was perfectly bandaged using a cloth.
“What are you doing?”
Yabu turned his head to the voice and found a young boy was staring at him.

“Are you feeling well now, grandson?” asked the grandma to Yabu. They were now sitting on the floor in the room with some foods placed in front of them. Sitting next to the grandma was the boy just now and an old man, who Yabu assumed as her husband. The little girl was sitting next to Yabu, looking up at him.
Yabu nodded his head, “Thank you so much for helping me…”
The grandma smiled, “As a human, we should help the people in need, right? So, no need to thank us”
“Who are you?” asked the boy. “Why were you out there with blood and bruises all over your body?” he added.
That question knocked Yabu on his mind. He recalled back what had happened. At that time, he was busy trying to memorize the script that was given to him. Because of the noise at the shooting area, he went to a quieter place. But then…
“I was attacked…” Yabu answered the question. “I was attacked by someone when I was alone…” he continued.
“By who? Do you know the person?” asked the grandma, worriedly.
Yabu tried to think first before answering the question but then he shook his head, “Someone I don’t know…”
The boy let out a laugh. “Like we gonna believe that. You might be someone who is running away from the police after doing some crime” he said with a really unfriendly voice.
“You don’t know me?” Yabu asked him, ignoring the boy’s statement just now.
The boy blinked at Yabu’s question. “What do you mean by that? You didn’t hear my question just now? If I know you, why would I ask you who are you?”
Yabu scratched the back of his neck. ‘Maybe this boy is not into entertainment thingy…” he thought. Yabu felt someone was poking his right arm. It was the girl who was sitting next to him. He smiled as he looked down at her.
“Ne, your face is so pretty…” said the girl to him. Yabu reached for her head and ruffled her hair.
Seeing that, the boy quickly stood up and pulled his sister to him. “Don’t you ever dare to touch my sister or you’re dead!” he warned Yabu as he glared sharply at him. Yabu gulped as he watched the boy leaving the room, bringing his sister with him.
“Please don’t mind him. Ryuu is always protective over his sister. Their parents were dead 6 years ago so they both live with us” finally the grandpa spoke.
“Dead?”
The grandpa nodded, “They were killed and until now, the murderers are still free men. That’s why we bring Miki and Ryuu to live here with us. Those guys would come back to get the kids.”
“Let’s not talk about this, Kintaro…” the grandma said as she stood up and left the room. Yabu’s eyes followed her until she was now out of sight.

“Damn it! It’s already broken!” Yabu shouted as he threw his cell phone onto the wall. But then, he stood up and picked up the phone. He looked at it for a few seconds and…threw it onto the wall again.
“What are you doing?”
Yabu turned to the voice and found Miki looking at him. He smiled and picked up his phone again. “Nothing, I was just…playing” answered Yabu. But then he remembered something, “Ah! Do you guys have a phone in this house?”
“No” Miki answered shortly.
“How about…cell phone?” Yabu asked again, hoping for a ‘yes’ but Miki shook her head. “Maybe your…brother has one?” he asked again and still Miki just shook her head.
“None of us got a cell phone here” Miki said and approached Yabu. “What is cell phone actually?” she suddenly asked, looking up at the tall guy in front of her.
Yabu scratched the back of his neck as he answered, “Cell phone is something that we used for communication…wait, YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS CELL PHONE!?”
“My first time hearing about it” she said, smiling while Yabu just blinked at her. “Ne, don’t just stay in this room. Come play outside” she then pulled Yabu’s arm and dragged him to outside the house with her.
When they were now outside the house, Miki let go of Yabu’s arm and ran to her grandma and grandpa who was busy doing something with the woods. Yabu looked around him and noticed that the house was the only house there and it was surrounded by forest.
“Where are you from actually?” asked Ryuu who suddenly appeared from nowhere. Yabu almost jumped in shock.
“T-Tokyo…” he stuttered.
“I see…” Ryuu then went to sit on the house veranda and Yabu followed him.
Standing infront of Ryuu, Yabu asked, “You guys have been staying here for 6 years?”
“How did you know that?” Ryuu asked back without answering Yabu’s question as he glared at him.
Yabu gulped, looking at Ryuu’s eyes. This kid is really scary, he thought. “Your grandpa told me…” he answered. Hearing Yabu’s answer, Ryuu looked away. Yabu noticed his changed of expression and immediately understood why he acted like that.
“Then you already knew about my parents were killed 6 years ago?”
Yabu nodded and sat next to Ryuu. Ryuu looked up to him and Yabu smiled. “How old are you now?” he asked.
Ryuu blinked at his question but still he answered, “I’m 15”
“15? Wow, just like Ryutaro! Wait, even your name is almost the same as him”
“Who is he? Your brother?”
Yabu shook his head, “He’s my friend and yeah, kinda like my little brother too”
“I see. So, you got a friend…” said Ryuu in a low voice as he stared onto the ground under him.
Again Yabu shook his head, “Not ‘a friend’, but ‘friends’. I have nine altogether”
Ryuu looked up to the smiling Yabu, “Nine?”
“Of course I do have more than that but these nine people is different. They are my special friends”
Ryuu smiled but not a happy smile. It was more like a…don’t know how to explain. “I really envy you”
“Eh?”
“Having so many friends, must be a fun thing, right? I don’t have any since I moved here with my grandparents”
Yabu didn’t say anything but just stared at the boy who was sitting next to him. Living in this isolated place from people, must be very lonely for a 15 year old boy like him, Yabu thought. But then he smiled and looked up to the sky above him, “I can be your friend!”
“My friend?”
Yabu nodded and turned to face Ryuu. “I’m Yabu Kota. Let’s be friend” Yabu smiled as he pushed his right hand to Ryuu.
Ryuu looked at Yabu’s hand then looked up again to Yabu. Yabu just smiled at him. Slowly he reached for Yabu’s hand and they shook their hands together.
Ryuu’s grandma that was watching the two boys smiled. “Looks like they have become friends” she said to her husband who was also smiling looking at them but then he heard something and turned to the bushes not so far from them. “What’s wrong?” asked his wife.
“Nothing, I just heard something but…it’s nothing” he answered his wife with a smile pasted on his face.

“Moshi moshi?” the man said as someone finally answered his call. “He’s still alive. Yabu Kota is still alive. We should start with plan B soon” he told the person on the other line and smirked as his eyes were still glued on Yabu.

-At Night-
The grandma was now preparing dinner while Ryuu and Miki were helping her. The grandpa on the other hand was staring at Yabu’s phone that he was holding in his hand right now.
“So how, grandpa? Do you have any idea how to fix it?” Yabu who was sitting next to grandpa asked. The grandpa sighed and Yabu immediately knew what that mean. “You don’t know too…” Yabu said in a disappointed voice.
“I’m sorry, Yabu-kun” he apologized as he handed back the phone to Yabu and Yabu took it.
Yabu shook his head gently and with a smile on his face he said, “No need to apologize, grandpa. I’ll try to figure out about it myself”. He then sighed. “I wonder how JUMP is doing right now…” he whispered to himself as he stared deeply at the night sky through the open window.

“What did you just say, Hikaru-kun?” asked Yamada to Hikaru. While the other members, except Takaki and Keito just looked at Hikaru wide eyes. They were all now at Yabu’s room. Yes, Yabu’s room in Yabu residence.
“Well, since you guys didn’t hear what he just said… let me repeat the whole sentence. ‘Me and Takaki are going to Okinawa tomorrow morning to look for Yabu’ that was what he said few minutes ago” Takaki said to the members as he took seat next to the youngest member, Ryutaro.
Ryutaro suddenly stood up, making Takaki shocked and fell onto the floor. “But, why only the two of you?” Ryutaro asked with his question mark face.
Takaki cleared his throat as he back on his feet again. “Because we are the oldest among us here”
Hearing that, Inoo spoke out while his index finger pointing at himself, “But, I’m older than Hikaru”
“We need you to stay here with the kids to look after them, Inoo-chan” Hikaru said, pointing at the HS7 members including Daiki. Inoo nodded, indicating that he got it.
“I know I’m short but I’m not a KID, Hikaru” said Daiki, glaring at Hikaru.
Hikaru gulped and quickly turned to Ryutaro, “So the conclusion is… only me and Takaki are going tomorrow”
“And how are you going to explain to Johnny-san?” asked Yuto and Chinen who sat next to him nodded.
Takaki smiled, “Keito already know what to do about it, right?”
Keito nodded and made an ‘okay’ gesture using his fingers while the other six just looked at him blankly.

-The next day-
Daiki, Inoo and the HS7 members went to Johnny-san’s office as soon as they arrived at the Jimushou.
Johnny-san eyed the 7 members that were standing stiffly infront of his desk. Well, except for Keito. He was still as relax as ever. “Do you have anything to say?” he asked them.
Daiki, Inoo, Yuto, Yamada, Chinen and Ryutaro all looked at Keito who stood in the middle. They were still waiting for Keito to talk since he was the one who was supposed to explain everything to Johnny-san.
Seeing the members were all looking at Keito, Johnny-san too looked at him. “What is it, Okamoto-kun?” he asked.
Yuto elbowed Keito and Yamada pushed him to the front gently. Keito looked back to the members and they all nodded, indicating that Keito should explain everything now. After taking a deep short breath, he turned to face Johnny-san. “Johnny-san…” he started.
“Yes?”
“Takaki-kun and Hikaru-kun are going to Okinawa today to look for Yabu-kun”
The members blinked at Keito’s sentence and slowly turned to look at Johnny-san. Sweats were all over their forehead.
Johnny-san’s face turned to a serious one. He gripped his pen tightly as he stared at Keito, but then, “I see…Okay. Thanks for telling me”
Keito nodded, “You are welcome”
The other six members fell to the floor anime style.

-At where Yabu was-
Ryuu went to the room where Yabu was sleeping since his grandma asked him to wake Yabu up for breakfast. He knocked on the door and came inside only to find Yabu that was still busy trying to fix his phone. “Hei, it is time for breakfast” he told Yabu but his eyes were glued on the phone that was in Yabu’s hand.
Yabu looked up from his phone to Ryuu and smiled, “Ohayou, Ryuu…” he greeted.
“Ohayou… Grandma, grandpa and Miki are waiting for you. Come out now…”
Yabu nodded and put down his phone on the floor as he stood up. “Let’s go then!” he said excitedly as he passed by where Ryuu was standing and went to the room where the grandma, grandpa and Miki were waiting.
As Yabu left, Ryuu went inside the room and picked up Yabu’s phone in his hand. He stared at it for a while before putting it inside his pocket. He then closed the door and joined the others in the other room.
While enjoying the meal, Yabu asked, “I’m sorry but I just want to ask something. You guys never went to the town?”
“Never... But, our aunt always came here and brought us some clothes and something to cook” answered Miki with a smile. “She is very nice to us but every time she came here, she never forgot to warn us to not go to the town because that place is a very dangerous place for us but she didn’t come here anymore since 2 years ago. So now, we need to find something to cook by our self in the forest since none of us knows the way out to the town” she added in a sad voice.
“There’s no need to tell him that, Miki” Ryuu said as he poured some water into his glass.
Miki pouted and continued eating her meal. “Eat more, Yabu-kun” said the grandpa to Yabu and Yabu just nodded.

Ryuu sat at the back of the house and took out Yabu’s phone from his pocket. He stared at it and bit his lower lip. “Maybe I can fix this…” he said to himself.
“Nii-chan, what are doing?” Miki suddenly appeared from nowhere. Ryuu quickly hid the phone as he saw Miki walking towards him. “What are you hiding?” she asked again.
“I’m not hiding anything” he answered.
Miki narrowed her eyes toward his big brother, “You’re lying…”
“Shut up…you know nothing, kid” Ryuu replied, annoyed.
Miki pouted, “I’m not a kid!”
“You are a kid. You’re only 6”
Then they heard a laugh. It was Yabu who was approaching them. “You kids are so cute!” he said as he ruffled both Ryuu’s and Miki’s hair.
“I’m NOT a KID!” shouted Ryuu and Miki together. Both of them then looked at each other and laughed.
Yabu sat next to Ryuu and Miki jumped onto his lap. “Ne, Yabu-kun…do you have a wife?” she suddenly asked.
“Wife…?” Yabu asked back and laughed. “I’m only 20, Miki. 20 year old is still too young for marriage. I don’t even have a girlfriend yet”
“Girlfriend…? What is a girlfriend?” Miki asked again.
“Stop asking stupid question like that, Miki” said Ryuu as he stood up and went inside the house.
Miki brought her lips near to Yabu’s ear and whispered but in a loud voice, “I think Nii-chan also want a girlfriend”
“I HEARD THAT, MIKI!!” shouted Ryuu from inside the house. Miki and Yabu burst out laughing.
‘I need to get out from this place soon. If I stay here any longer, it would be hard for me to leave them…’ Yabu thought as he stared at the laughing Miki gently just like a mama looking at her child (Is this the right way to explain?)

At a place that not so far but not so near from the house, they were more than two unknown men were watching everything that Yabu was doing. “We are going to start the plan B tonight” said the leader to all his men. “Listen here, don’t kill him as we get into the house because boss wants him alive, everyone get it?” he added.
All his men nodded their head, indicating that they understood the plan as said.

Takaki and Hikaru finally arrived at Okinawa without any plan what to do first. They both sat on the long wooden chair that was provided near the terminal for about 2 hours already.
Hikaru sighed as he watched people walking passed by where they were sitting. He looked at Takaki and sighed again.
“Why are you always sighing every time you look at me?” Takaki asked as he fanned himself using his hand. The weather was amazingly hot that day.
“Nothing, I’m just regretting about something. I should bring Yama-chan with me instead of you”
Takaki looked at him with wide eyes. Feeling rejected, he asked, “Why…?”
“Because Yama-chan is a detective, bringing him here would make everything easy. But, what’s the point bringing a useless bad boy from Gokusen like you? Well, nothing” answered Hikaru honestly and he received a whack on the head by Takaki.
“Seriously, Hikaru…it is no time for a joke right now! And guess what, your joke is not even funny!”
Hikaru grinned, “But at least the joke successfully able to make you angry”
Takaki stood up and looked down to Hikaru, “Maybe, we should go to the place where Yabu is missing”
“You’re right. We should start moving now. Yabu is waiting for us” Hikaru said as he too stood up and put his hand on Takaki’s shoulder. “Hikaru…to the rescue!!!”
Takaki glared at Hikaru, “You forgot to say my name, Hikaru”

Time flew really fast on that day and it was already 6 in the evening. After checked in into a hotel, Hikaru and Takaki went to their room and jumped onto their own bed.
“We were working so hard to find clues about the missing of Yabu but eventually, we found nothing…” said Takaki disappointedly. Hikaru just stayed quiet but he was listening to what Takaki just said. “Ne, Hikaru… even polices failed to find him… will we success?” he asked Hikaru.
“We will. I won’t give up. If a detective gave up, the case will remain unsolved” said Hikaru with a serious expression.
Takaki laughed, “You just copied those words from Tantei Gakuen Q series. But, you are right. Me too! I won’t give up!”
“So, tomorrow we are going to police station. Maybe the polices has taken something from the location where Yabu was found missing which might be a clue”
Takaki nodded.

It was now 8 pm, only lights from the house can be seen as the surrounding was dark. Yabu and the family had just finished their dinner and they were just sitting and chatting with each other.
“Where is Ryuu?” Yabu asked as he couldn’t see Ryuu anywhere in the room.
“He went to his room as soon he finished eating just now. He had been staying in his room since 2 pm today” answered the grandma as she took a glance at Ryuu’s room.
Yabu nodded, “I wonder what he’s doing in there.
In the room, Ryuu was just finished putting together Yabu’s phone to the original form after trying really hard to fix it. “I wonder if this will work…” he said to himself as he nervously turned the phone on. A sound then heard from the phone as the screen turned white and after a few second, Hey!Say!JUMP’s picture appeared on it.
“Ah! I did it!!” Ryuu jumped in happiness at his success fixing it. He then looked at Yabu’s wallpaper and noticed that Yabu was one of the ten guys in the picture. “They must be his friends…”
Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. Ryuu quickly hid the phone. “Who’s that?” he asked.
“Ryuu, it’s me. Can I come in?” Yabu from the outside replied.
After making sure that he had completely hid the phone, Ryuu went to open the door. “What do you want?” he asked as he opened the door.
“What are you doing locking yourself in your room?” Yabu asked without answering Ryuu’s question and went inside the room without permission but Ryuu just let him in and closed the door.
“I’m doing nothing…”
“Oh yeah? I don’t think so. You must be hiding something here…” Yabu said as his eyes wandered around the room.
“Oi, if you finally found a way out from this place, you will leave immediately, right? You gonna leave us?” Ryuu asked all of sudden.
Yabu blinked at Ryuu’s question but then he smiled and answered, “There’s no other choice, Ryuu. I need to go. There are some people waiting for me there”
“B-but…”
Before Ryuu was able to finish his sentence, a sound of the door being broken was heard and followed by Miki’s scream. Yabu and Ryuu rushed outside and found 5 unknown men were in the house. Each of them was holding a weapon in the hand. Ryuu quickly ran to his family that was on the floor, still in shock with what happened.
Yabu who didn’t know what to do just stood still looking at the men. “Who are you? What do you want!?” Yabu asked the 5 men as he slowly stood in front of Ryuu and his family.
“We want you” said a voice from outside the house. Yabu turned to the door and a guy that he thought he knows came in through it with a smile on his face. “We meet again, Yabu Kota” the guy said to Yabu.
“Tahara Matsuki…” Yabu mouthed.
Matsuki smiled, “Wow, you still remember me? I’m glad!” He then approached Yabu and stared into his eyes. “You should already dead when my man attacked you a week ago but you didn’t so now, I need to kill you using my own hands”
Yabu’s eyes widened as Matsuki let out those words, “So, it was you…”
Matsuki looked at behind Yabu. The old couple was looking so scared, the little girl was shaking and the boy was glaring at Matsuki as his arms were around his sister. “Who are they? Your new family?” asked Matsuki as he walked to them but he was stopped by Yabu.
“Don’t you dare to lay even a finger on any of them” Yabu warned him.
Matsuki smirked and put one of his hands on Yabu’s shoulder, “Then come with me. I don’t want to kill you infront of those innocent kids”
“Fine, I’ll go with you”
“Good. You’re really an understanding person, Yabu Kota” Matsuki then turned to his men. “Three of you come with me while the other two stay here. Make sure all these people will not go as far as calling the police” he ordered.
Two of the men then went to behind Yabu and tied both his hands together using a rope. “Ryuu…” called Yabu without even looking to his back. Ryuu looked up to him. “I’m sorry for the trouble but please, stay safe. Thanks for everything…” Yabu continued.
“Enough with the drama now bring him outside!” ordered Matsuki to his men and they did as ordered.

It was already 30 minutes after Yabu left together with all those people. The two men in the house were enjoying themselves chatting with each other. Ryuu looked at his grandparents. Both of them were just sitting quietly with their back leaning against the wall while Miki was sleeping with her head on her grandma’s lap. Ryuu turned to his right. His room was just a few steps away from where he was sitting. Slowly, without making any noise, he crawled toward his room. His grandpa saw that but he just stayed quiet.
As soon as he successfully entering his room, he quickly went to get the phone and took it out from it’s hiding place. He didn’t know who to call so he just pressed the number one and followed by the green button (speed dial).

Takaki was watching TV in their hotel room while eating a cup mee when Hikaru’s phone rang. Without removing his eyes from the TV, he called Hikaru who was in the bathroom, “Hikaru, your phone is ringing!!”
Hearing that, Hikaru went out of the bath room with only a towel on his body. He quickly reached for his phone which was placed next to the pillow and looked at the screen. His eyes widened as he saw the caller ID and answered the call almost immediately, “Yabu…!” he said as he answered it.
Takaki almost choked on his mee when he heard Yabu’s name. He immediately went to Hikaru’s side.
“Help…” said someone from the other line. The voice was almost like a whisper.
“You are not Yabu, who are you?” asked Hikaru while Takaki was just listening quietly beside him. “Why do you have his phone with you?”
“Yabu is in danger right now…come…help…” Ryuu tried not to make any voice as possible. He kept glancing at the door.
Hikaru eyes grew larger as he heard the word ‘danger’. His hand started to shake as he said, “Where is he?”

Yabu just kept walking behind Matsuki with his hands tied on his back. “Where are you bringing me?” Yabu asked. Matsuki then stopped and turned to face him.
“I guess, here is fine. Enjoy the nature, Yabu Kota while you are still alive” Matsuki smirked. They were now in the middle of the forest. Matsuki gave a signal to one of his man and the man immediately pushed Yabu to the ground. Yabu groaned in pain as his back hit the hard ground. “But before I kill you, I want to play with you first”
Matsuki approached Yabu and crotched down infront of him. He glared at Yabu and took a fist of Yabu’s hair in his hand before pulling it. Yabu yelped in pain. “Why are you doing this?” Yabu asked, trying to ignore the pain.
“Why? Because I hate you…” answered Matsuki and gave Yabu a hard punch on his face. “I hate everything about you, Yabu Kota”
“But, why…? What did I ever done to you?”
Matsuki gave Yabu another punch on the face causing Yabu’s lips bleed a little. “You always got everything that I wanted, everything that was supposed to be mine. The role in the latest drama you were in, it was mine but you took it from me!”
Hearing that, Yabu let out a laugh. “So, it is all because of jealousy? You’re so childish…” said Yabu and received another punch from Matsuki.
“Just say out loud everything you want to say when you still have time because you will die in anytime soon”

Hikaru and Takaki immediately rushed to the nearest police station as they received a text message from Ryuu which he sent after he ended the call with them.
“We need your help!” Takaki said to the policeman who was working at that time as he handed him Hikaru’s phone.
“Please check the location from where the last call was made and please also check the name written on the last text message” said Hikaru in a fast mode. Shock with what happened, the policeman just nodded and took the phone inside.
Takaki took out his own phone and started typing something. Hikaru who was looking at him asked, “What are you doing?”
“I’m texting the other members, they have to know about this” he answered without even looking at Hikaru.
Hikaru nodded, “Don’t tell them that Yabu is in danger right now or they will become worried. Just tell them that we just found a clue of where Yabu is right now”
In Tokyo, the member who got the text message from Takaki was Inoo. He read out loud the text for the other 6 to hear, “We are about to get Yabu now, so guys, please wish us lotsa LUCK!”
The other 6 jumped in happiness and prayed that everything would be fine in Okinawa and their 3 beloved members would come back soon safely. The costume-san who was just happened to be in the same room with the members suddenly spoke, “Missing for a week already, are you sure he’s still alive?”
As Chinen heard what the woman just said, he immediately stood up and approached her. She stopped what she was doing as she saw Chinen was walking toward her. Looking straight into the woman’s eyes, Chinen said, ““I know he’s still ALIVE! Yabu-kun will never leave us just like that! We will believe he’s dead if only you show us the CORPSE!”

After waiting for about 30 minutes, the policeman came back and approached both Hikaru and Takaki. “We know the place already and we are also able to track Tahara Matsuki and he is now…near the place where the call was made”
“I see. We need to rush there! Yabu is in danger!!” Hikaru told the policeman as he grabbed both of his shoulders. The policeman nodded and instructed his friend to call the headquarter and ask for a helicopter.
“Yabu, please be fine…” said Takaki as he rubbed Hikaru’s back, trying to calm his friend down.

Ryuu just sat quietly watching his already aslept grandparents and sister. He wondered if the guy he called just now got the message he sent to him and he wondered if Yabu was still alive right now. He quickly shook his head to erase the thought of Yabu’s dead. One of them saw what Ryuu was doing and approached him, “What are you doing, kid?”
“Nothing” Ryuu answered shortly.
“It is more than an hour already, I’m sure boss killed him already” said the other guy that was sitting near the door.
Hearing that, Ryuu spoke out, “He’s still alive! I know!”
The two men laughed at Ryuu’s words. “What are you? A psychic?” said the man who was standing in front of Ryuu. Ryuu stood up and kicked the man right on his stomach. The man groaned in pain as fell onto the floor. Seeing that, the other man went to Ryuu, grabbed his collar and threw him onto the floor.
“What a brave kid. You wanna get killed?” he shouted at Ryuu. His loud voice causing Ryuu’s grandparents and Miki awaked.
“Someone is coming to help us” said Ryuu, glaring at the men infront of him.
The two men laughed and one of them took out his gun and pointed it to Ryu who was on the floor. “Let see, will anyone come to save you now?”
Miki’s eyes widened as she saw the gun and she quickly ran to her brother. “Don’t kill my brother!” she shouted at the man, crying. The man ignored her and pulled the trigger. “Don’t take my brother away just like you took my parents away!!” Miki shouted again.
Ryuu was taken aback by his sister’s words, “Miki…”
“Your parents? I don’t understand but what do I care. Say bye to your brother now, little girl” the man said as he brought his gun near to Ryuu’s head. Ryuu pushed his sister away and closed his eyes.
But suddenly they heard something from above the roof. The man pulled his gun away from Ryuu and ran outside to see what was happening and followed by the other man. They were shocked to see a helicopter landed in front of the house and policemen came out from it with a gun in each of their hands.
“We are the police. Put down your gun and raise up your hands!!!” shouted one of the policemen. The two men did as instructed and as they put their gun down they were immediately handcuffed by the police.
Hikaru and Takaki went inside the house just as Miki ran to Ryuu and Ryuu hugged her. “Nii-chan…” she cried in her brother’s arms and their grandparents came to join them. Both Hikaru and Takaki smiled as they watched what happened but then Hikaru remembered something.
“Yabu…! Where is Yabu!?” Hikaru asked the family.
Ryuu let go of his sister and walked to Hikaru. “He was brought by the Matsuki guy a while ago but I know they are still near this place” told Ryuu.
Takaki put his hand on Hikaru’s shoulder, “We gotta find him now. Let’s go” Hikaru nodded and they both got into the helicopter again.

Yabu was now lying on the ground helplessly. He couldn’t move or speak anymore. His body was now full of bruises and blood could be seen anywhere on his shirt.
“Fuh…that was fun playing with you, Yabu Kota. But, I think it is time to end this” Matsuki then turned to one of his man and took his gun. He pointed the gun toward Yabu and smirked. “Die is the perfect punishment for a person like you” he said as he pulled the trigger of his gun and when he was about to shoot Yabu, a sound was heard from above them.
“Boss, it is the police. We better leave now!” said one of Matsuki’s men. The helicopter landed in front of them but Matsuki just stood still at his place with his gun still pointing at Yabu. The first to come out from the helicopter was Hikaru, followed by Takaki and behind them were some policemen with guns.
“Stay away from Yabu and put down your gun!!” said Hikaru as he saw Yabu was lying on the ground with bruises all over his body.
“Why should I?” asked Matsuki.
“Because the police are here” answered Takaki as he stood next to Hikaru.
Matsuki smirked, “I don’t care about the police” He then pointed his gun towards Hikaru instead. “Try me and I will shoot you”
“Oh yeah? You should be more aware with what is at your back” said Hikaru, smiling. Matsuki immediately turned to his back but it was already too late as the policeman already grabbed both his hands and snatched the gun from him.
“We are bringing you to the police station now” said the policeman as he handcuffed Matsuki’s hands. Matsuki tried to protest but he couldn’t so he just let himself being dragged by the policeman to the helicopter as he glared and Hikaru. Hikaru just stuck out his tongue at him. The other men were also caught by the police.
Takaki and Hikaru ran to get Yabu who was lying on the ground. “Yabu, are you okay?” asked Hikaru as they reached Yabu.
“H-how come you guys are here?” asked Yabu, weakly but there was a smile on his face.
“Saving you of course! Thank god, you’re safe! Everyone is worrying about you, you know!” told Hikaru and Takaki nodded beside him.
“Thank you…I’m sorry for making you worried…” said Yabu but then he remembered something and grabbed Hikaru’s arm. “Ryuu…the family in the house, are they fine?” he asked, worriedly.
Takaki smiled, “Don’t worry! They are fine”
Yabu sighed in relief, “I’m glad…”
“Yabu-kun!!” someone suddenly called Yabu’s name. The three best friends turned to their right and saw Ryuu and Miki was running towards them and it was Miki the one who called Yabu just now.
Slowly, Yabu tried to sit up with the help of Hikaru and Takaki. Miki jumped onto Yabu and he hugged her. “How’s grandpa and grandma, Miki?” Yabu asked.
“They are doing fine at the house” answered Miki with a smile. Yabu then looked at Ryuu who was now standing in front of him. “Nii-chan got something to give you” told Miki.
Ryuu then took out something from his pocket and it was Yabu’s phone. He handed it to Yabu and Yabu took it. “This is my phone and it is…functioning…”
“I fixed it and I was the one who called your friends, telling that you were in danger” admitted Ryuu and Yabu smiled as he pulled Ryuu into a hug.
“Thank you…You’re really an awesome friend” Yabu whispered into Ryuu’s ear and Ryuu blushed.
Takaki and Hikaru just smiled watching what happened.

The next morning, in Tokyo, the arresting of Tahara Matsuki was all over the news. The fans were so happy and cried the tears of happiness as Yabu was confirmed safe and was now in a hospital. Some of them had been standing infront of the hospital building with Hey!Say!JUMP’s and Yabu’s uchiwa in their hand. They kept screaming Yabu’s name and also saying ‘OKAERI’
Yabu who was watching the live of what happened outside on TV in one of the hospital room smiled. He was glad that he was back. The door then burst open and one by one the other JUMP’s members, except Hikaru and Takaki came inside and lined up infront of Yabu. Yabu just looked at them, blankly, “Minna…”
They all then approached Yabu and hugged him at one time. “Yabu-kun, we miss you!!” they cried as they hugged Yabu tightly. Chinen and Ryutaro were hugging Yabu’s left and right arms. Inoo and Daiki were hugging Yabu’s left and right legs while Yamada and Yuto hugged him on the stomach and chest. Only Keito who was just stayed standing at his place, watching the reunion that was full of drama.
Yabu laughed at the members’ reaction, “I miss everyone too”
Hikaru and Takaki then came in bringing a girl with them but they froze as they saw what was happening in the room and when I got back their senses, they immediately approached Yabu. “What are you guys doing to Yabu?” asked Hikaru as he pulled the members away from Yabu one by one. Takaki also helped him.
“I know you guys miss him so much but he would die from the lack of oxygen if you keep hugging him like that!” scolded Takaki to the members.
Yabu laughed but then he stopped as he saw the girl that was brought by his friend. He slowly sat up and turned to the girl. “Are you Kyoko-chan?” he asked the girl and she just nodded as the answer. Yabu smiled and he asked Hikaru to open the drawer next to the bed and take out the photo. Hikaru handed the girl the photo and she took it slowly.
Kyoko looked at the photo. It was a photo of a young boy with a young girl. “This is a photo of me and Ryuu that we took 6 years ago. Where did you get this?”
“Ryuu gave it to me”
“Ryuu…gave it to you?”
Yabu nodded, “He always kept that photo with him. He said, the photo meant a lot to him because the girl in the photo was his first love and he told me to give the photo to you to tell you that he’s still remember the promise he made before he left 6 years ago”
Tears started to form at the corner of Kyoko’s eyes, “He promised me that he’ll be back and asked me to wait for him no matter how long it takes…”
“And he is going to fulfill the promise today” said Hikaru as he opened the door, revealing a young handsome boy. “I present to you… Ryuu”
Tears were now streaming down Kyoko’s cheeks as Ryuu was now standing in front of her. “Kyoko…” Ryuu called her name and Kyoko immediately ran to him and cried in his arm. “I’m back as promised…”
Yabu and the other JUMP’s members smiled and clapped their hands. Ryuu gently broke the hug and went to Yabu. “Thank you…” he thanked him as he bowed.
“No need to thank me. We are friends, right?” said Yabu as he tapped Ryuu’s shoulder. Yabu looked up to him and found Yabu was smiling at him. “All the people in this room are now your friends” Ryuu looked at the other JUMP’s members. They were all smiling at him.
“So happy to have a new friend!” exclaimed Inoo and the others other. All the members then looked at each other and…
“THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR YABU-KUN!” all the members said together.

Yaotome Hikaru switched off the television and lay down on the couch. He looked at the ceiling as he recalled back what happened last week.

Yabu threw a pillow onto his best friend who was lying on his green covered bed. Seeing the pillow coming flying towards him, Hikaru quickly caught it with his hands to prevent it from hitting his precious handsome face. “Fuh…” he sighed in relieved as he put the pillow aside. He then sat up to glare at Yabu.
“Go to your house if you want to sleep. This my room” Yabu said as he jumped onto his bed and laid down next to Hikaru, grabbing the pillow and covered his face using it.
Hikaru got out of the bed and went to sit on the chair next to the desk. He took a look at the paper that was placed on the desk. “Wow, your schedule for this week is really tight na…” he said, looking onto the paper. “No wonder, you are always tired” he added as he took a glance on his best friend.
Yabu put aside the pillow and looked at Hikaru, “Ne, how’s JUMP? Everything is alright?”
“Don’t worry. We are doing fine. You should just focus on your drama first. I’ll take care of the members for you” replied Hikaru, grinning as he pointed at himself.
Yabu felt relieved as he heard the words that just came out from between Hikaru’s lips. His lips slowly curved a smile as he sat up and faced Hikaru but then he sighed. “I really want to join JUMP’s activities again but there are still two more episodes to go shooting” he said as he sighed again.
Hikaru went to sit next to Yabu and put his hand on Yabu’s shoulder, “We’ll wait for you to finish the drama and we can be together again as JUMP. Only two more episodes, right? It won’t take that long! We’ll be together again!”
Yabu laughed at Hikaru’s words, “We’ll be together again. That sounds so weird”
Hikaru pouted, “What’s so weird about it, huh?” and laughed along with Yabu.
“Ne, tomorrow I’m going to Okinawa for drama shooting. So, I’ll not be at home the whole day tomorrow till the day after tomorrow”

“But, since then…you never come back…” Hikaru whispered as he slowly closed his eyes.

The next day, Johnnys Jimushou, the JUMP members were gathered in a room with a big round table in the middle. Each member took a seat surrounding the round table. The nine boys just stayed quiet, no one was saying anything, not even a word. After about 5 minutes waiting quietly in the room, the door opens, revealing an old man. All eyes were on him as he walked toward his seat and sat down.
“Ohayou, Hey!Say!JUMP” greeted the old man to the nine boys infront of him.
“Ohayou gozaimasu…” greeted the boys back but in a very small weak voice as if they didn’t eat any breakfast for the morning.
The old man, who was actually the president of Johnny Jimushou, looked from one member to another. None of the members got a smile on their face. He sighed seeing his beloved boys acting like this but he couldn’t blame them. Their friend was missing, of course they were worried. Johnny-san cleared his throat and started the meeting. “You guys are here because we need to discuss about your upcoming nation tour concert that will start in 5 days” he said as he looked at the paper in his hand. Seeing no response from the boys, he continued, “The first place will be Yohohama, next---”
Takaki suddenly cut his sentence, “You are still care about the concert when Yabu is missing right now?” His eyes were glaring sharp into Johnny-san’s eyes.
Johnny-san knew this would happen. He put down the paper and took off his glasses. Looking at Takaki, he said, “I do worried about Yabu and hope that we can find him soon. But, this concert already had been decided since a month ago. The tickets were already sold and lots of people are coming to see you guys perform. They want to watch you, Hey! Say! JUMP”
“Hey! Say! JUMP?” Takaki asked as he let out a laugh. The other members looked at him but no one was saying anything. “We are not JUMP if one member is missing!!” he suddenly raised his voice towards Johnny-san as he slammed both his hands on the table.
“Takaki!” called Hikaru, trying to calm him down.
“I know that, Takaki. But, the important thing now is we still need to carry out the concert no matter what” replied Johnny-san.
“I don’t want to do this without Yabu. Sorry but count me out this time” said Takaki firmly as he stood up and left the room.
Johnny-san looked at the remaining members in the room, “Okay if Takaki don’t want to do it, I won’t force him. Eight members will do. Now, let’s continue the meeting”
Before Johnny-san able to add another sentence, Yamada stood up. “Count me out” that was the only sentence that came out from his mouth. Johnny-san’s eyes followed Yamada as Yamada left the room and closed the door behind him.
Johnny-san turned his sight to the only 7 remaining members. He took a deep breath and asked, “Any other wants to leave?”
As he asked the question, one by one of the members stood up, starting from Keito, Inoo, Yuto, Chinen, Daiki and Ryutaro. They all bowed and started walking towards the door. Johnny-san sighed as the door closed. Now, the only member in the room was Hikaru.
“Why are you not leaving, Hikaru?” asked Johnny-san as he massaged his temple using his fingers, feeling dizzy with what was happening.
Hikaru looked up to Johnny-san, “Just like what Takaki had said, we are not JUMP if we are missing one member. It is not that we don’t want to see our fans, but we can’t perform in a JUMP concert when we are not JUMP. Please tell the fans about that. I’ll take my leave now” Hikaru then bowed towards Johnny-san and left the room.

-Somewhere that no one knows where-
Yabu Kota forced himself to continue walking through the bushes, ignoring all the pain he was feeling throughout his body. Until finally, he couldn’t take it anymore and collapsed onto the ground, unconscious.
“Grandma, I found someone!!” shouted a girl who was happened to be passing by the place.
An old looking woman but still looked so energetic came nearing her granddaughter who was calling her. “Someone?” she asked the girl.
“There he is” told the girl as she pointed at the bushes near them. The old woman looked to where the girl was pointing at and gasped as she saw an injured young man was lying unconsciously on the ground.
“Call your grandpa and brother now, Miki! This young man needs help!” she ordered her granddaughter and ran to get Yabu.

Yabu slowly opened his eyes. Weakly, he turned his head to look around him. When he realized that he was in an unknown room, he immediately tried to sit up but the pain on his stomach caused him to fall back onto the hard mat again. He groaned in pain, holding his stomach.
Then he heard sound of footsteps running and someone opened the door. Yabu looked up to the small figure that was standing at the door. The small girl looked down at Yabu and ran back to outside the room. “Grandma, grandpa, brother! He’s awaked already!” Yabu heard the girl shouting.
“Finally, you’re awaked…” said the grandma as she entered the room and approached Yabu. Yabu tried to sit up again but the grandma stopped him. “Just stay like that. You shouldn’t move too much. I just treated your wound”
“Where am I?” asked Yabu as his eyes wandered around the room. It was a small room with only a small size mat on the wooden floor.
The grandma smiled, “You are in our house right now, grandson. Don’t worry, you’ll be fine here”

-Johnnys Jimushou-
JUMP’s dressing room was not as cheerful as usual today. Each member just sat down at one corner of the room and stayed quiet. Chinen and Daiki who are always super-hyper were extremely quiet today.
“I wonder how Yabu-kun is doing right now…I’m so worried” Inoo broke the silence. As he said those words, the members looked up at him.
Takaki who couldn’t take it anymore suddenly stood up and went to Hikaru who was just sitting quietly, doing nothing. “Hikaru, we need to do something!” he said to Hikaru.

Yabu heard noises from outside the room he was in and opened his eyes. Slowly, ignoring the pain on his stomach, he sat up. He looked around him. He was still in the same room. Curious with what was happening outside, he stood up and started walking slowly to the door. He pushed open the door a little and peeked outside.
“Grandpa, you’re cheating! That’s not right!” scolded a small little girl to an old man. They were playing a game using some small stones they got from outside the house. Yabu then heard a small laugh. It was from the old woman, the one who came into the room and told him to rest earlier.
Yabu felt the pain again and put one of his hands on his wound that already was perfectly bandaged using a cloth.
“What are you doing?”
Yabu turned his head to the voice and found a young boy was staring at him.

“Are you feeling well now, grandson?” asked the grandma to Yabu. They were now sitting on the floor in the room with some foods placed in front of them. Sitting next to the grandma was the boy just now and an old man, who Yabu assumed as her husband. The little girl was sitting next to Yabu, looking up at him.
Yabu nodded his head, “Thank you so much for helping me…”
The grandma smiled, “As a human, we should help the people in need, right? So, no need to thank us”
“Who are you?” asked the boy. “Why were you out there with blood and bruises all over your body?” he added.
That question knocked Yabu on his mind. He recalled back what had happened. At that time, he was busy trying to memorize the script that was given to him. Because of the noise at the shooting area, he went to a quieter place. But then…
“I was attacked…” Yabu answered the question. “I was attacked by someone when I was alone…” he continued.
“By who? Do you know the person?” asked the grandma, worriedly.
Yabu tried to think first before answering the question but then he shook his head, “Someone I don’t know…”
The boy let out a laugh. “Like we gonna believe that. You might be someone who is running away from the police after doing some crime” he said with a really unfriendly voice.
“You don’t know me?” Yabu asked him, ignoring the boy’s statement just now.
The boy blinked at Yabu’s question. “What do you mean by that? You didn’t hear my question just now? If I know you, why would I ask you who are you?”
Yabu scratched the back of his neck. ‘Maybe this boy is not into entertainment thingy…” he thought. Yabu felt someone was poking his right arm. It was the girl who was sitting next to him. He smiled as he looked down at her.
“Ne, your face is so pretty…” said the girl to him. Yabu reached for her head and ruffled her hair.
Seeing that, the boy quickly stood up and pulled his sister to him. “Don’t you ever dare to touch my sister or you’re dead!” he warned Yabu as he glared sharply at him. Yabu gulped as he watched the boy leaving the room, bringing his sister with him.
“Please don’t mind him. Ryuu is always protective over his sister. Their parents were dead 6 years ago so they both live with us” finally the grandpa spoke.
“Dead?”
The grandpa nodded, “They were killed and until now, the murderers are still free men. That’s why we bring Miki and Ryuu to live here with us. Those guys would come back to get the kids.”
“Let’s not talk about this, Kintaro…” the grandma said as she stood up and left the room. Yabu’s eyes followed her until she was now out of sight.

“Damn it! It’s already broken!” Yabu shouted as he threw his cell phone onto the wall. But then, he stood up and picked up the phone. He looked at it for a few seconds and…threw it onto the wall again.
“What are you doing?”
Yabu turned to the voice and found Miki looking at him. He smiled and picked up his phone again. “Nothing, I was just…playing” answered Yabu. But then he remembered something, “Ah! Do you guys have a phone in this house?”
“No” Miki answered shortly.
“How about…cell phone?” Yabu asked again, hoping for a ‘yes’ but Miki shook her head. “Maybe your…brother has one?” he asked again and still Miki just shook her head.
“None of us got a cell phone here” Miki said and approached Yabu. “What is cell phone actually?” she suddenly asked, looking up at the tall guy in front of her.
Yabu scratched the back of his neck as he answered, “Cell phone is something that we used for communication…wait, YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW WHAT IS CELL PHONE!?”
“My first time hearing about it” she said, smiling while Yabu just blinked at her. “Ne, don’t just stay in this room. Come play outside” she then pulled Yabu’s arm and dragged him to outside the house with her.
When they were now outside the house, Miki let go of Yabu’s arm and ran to her grandma and grandpa who was busy doing something with the woods. Yabu looked around him and noticed that the house was the only house there and it was surrounded by forest.
“Where are you from actually?” asked Ryuu who suddenly appeared from nowhere. Yabu almost jumped in shock.
“T-Tokyo…” he stuttered.
“I see…” Ryuu then went to sit on the house veranda and Yabu followed him.
Standing infront of Ryuu, Yabu asked, “You guys have been staying here for 6 years?”
“How did you know that?” Ryuu asked back without answering Yabu’s question as he glared at him.
Yabu gulped, looking at Ryuu’s eyes. This kid is really scary, he thought. “Your grandpa told me…” he answered. Hearing Yabu’s answer, Ryuu looked away. Yabu noticed his changed of expression and immediately understood why he acted like that.
“Then you already knew about my parents were killed 6 years ago?”
Yabu nodded and sat next to Ryuu. Ryuu looked up to him and Yabu smiled. “How old are you now?” he asked.
Ryuu blinked at his question but still he answered, “I’m 15”
“15? Wow, just like Ryutaro! Wait, even your name is almost the same as him”
“Who is he? Your brother?”
Yabu shook his head, “He’s my friend and yeah, kinda like my little brother too”
“I see. So, you got a friend…” said Ryuu in a low voice as he stared onto the ground under him.
Again Yabu shook his head, “Not ‘a friend’, but ‘friends’. I have nine altogether”
Ryuu looked up to the smiling Yabu, “Nine?”
“Of course I do have more than that but these nine people is different. They are my special friends”
Ryuu smiled but not a happy smile. It was more like a…don’t know how to explain. “I really envy you”
“Eh?”
“Having so many friends, must be a fun thing, right? I don’t have any since I moved here with my grandparents”
Yabu didn’t say anything but just stared at the boy who was sitting next to him. Living in this isolated place from people, must be very lonely for a 15 year old boy like him, Yabu thought. But then he smiled and looked up to the sky above him, “I can be your friend!”
“My friend?”
Yabu nodded and turned to face Ryuu. “I’m Yabu Kota. Let’s be friend” Yabu smiled as he pushed his right hand to Ryuu.
Ryuu looked at Yabu’s hand then looked up again to Yabu. Yabu just smiled at him. Slowly he reached for Yabu’s hand and they shook their hands together.
Ryuu’s grandma that was watching the two boys smiled. “Looks like they have become friends” she said to her husband who was also smiling looking at them but then he heard something and turned to the bushes not so far from them. “What’s wrong?” asked his wife.
“Nothing, I just heard something but…it’s nothing” he answered his wife with a smile pasted on his face.

“Moshi moshi?” the man said as someone finally answered his call. “He’s still alive. Yabu Kota is still alive. We should start with plan B soon” he told the person on the other line and smirked as his eyes were still glued on Yabu.

-At Night-
The grandma was now preparing dinner while Ryuu and Miki were helping her. The grandpa on the other hand was staring at Yabu’s phone that he was holding in his hand right now.
“So how, grandpa? Do you have any idea how to fix it?” Yabu who was sitting next to grandpa asked. The grandpa sighed and Yabu immediately knew what that mean. “You don’t know too…” Yabu said in a disappointed voice.
“I’m sorry, Yabu-kun” he apologized as he handed back the phone to Yabu and Yabu took it.
Yabu shook his head gently and with a smile on his face he said, “No need to apologize, grandpa. I’ll try to figure out about it myself”. He then sighed. “I wonder how JUMP is doing right now…” he whispered to himself as he stared deeply at the night sky through the open window.

“What did you just say, Hikaru-kun?” asked Yamada to Hikaru. While the other members, except Takaki and Keito just looked at Hikaru wide eyes. They were all now at Yabu’s room. Yes, Yabu’s room in Yabu residence.
“Well, since you guys didn’t hear what he just said… let me repeat the whole sentence. ‘Me and Takaki are going to Okinawa tomorrow morning to look for Yabu’ that was what he said few minutes ago” Takaki said to the members as he took seat next to the youngest member, Ryutaro.
Ryutaro suddenly stood up, making Takaki shocked and fell onto the floor. “But, why only the two of you?” Ryutaro asked with his question mark face.
Takaki cleared his throat as he back on his feet again. “Because we are the oldest among us here”
Hearing that, Inoo spoke out while his index finger pointing at himself, “But, I’m older than Hikaru”
“We need you to stay here with the kids to look after them, Inoo-chan” Hikaru said, pointing at the HS7 members including Daiki. Inoo nodded, indicating that he got it.
“I know I’m short but I’m not a KID, Hikaru” said Daiki, glaring at Hikaru.
Hikaru gulped and quickly turned to Ryutaro, “So the conclusion is… only me and Takaki are going tomorrow”
“And how are you going to explain to Johnny-san?” asked Yuto and Chinen who sat next to him nodded.
Takaki smiled, “Keito already know what to do about it, right?”
Keito nodded and made an ‘okay’ gesture using his fingers while the other six just looked at him blankly.

-The next day-
Daiki, Inoo and the HS7 members went to Johnny-san’s office as soon as they arrived at the Jimushou.
Johnny-san eyed the 7 members that were standing stiffly infront of his desk. Well, except for Keito. He was still as relax as ever. “Do you have anything to say?” he asked them.
Daiki, Inoo, Yuto, Yamada, Chinen and Ryutaro all looked at Keito who stood in the middle. They were still waiting for Keito to talk since he was the one who was supposed to explain everything to Johnny-san.
Seeing the members were all looking at Keito, Johnny-san too looked at him. “What is it, Okamoto-kun?” he asked.
Yuto elbowed Keito and Yamada pushed him to the front gently. Keito looked back to the members and they all nodded, indicating that Keito should explain everything now. After taking a deep short breath, he turned to face Johnny-san. “Johnny-san…” he started.
“Yes?”
“Takaki-kun and Hikaru-kun are going to Okinawa today to look for Yabu-kun”
The members blinked at Keito’s sentence and slowly turned to look at Johnny-san. Sweats were all over their forehead.
Johnny-san’s face turned to a serious one. He gripped his pen tightly as he stared at Keito, but then, “I see…Okay. Thanks for telling me”
Keito nodded, “You are welcome”
The other six members fell to the floor anime style.

-At where Yabu was-
Ryuu went to the room where Yabu was sleeping since his grandma asked him to wake Yabu up for breakfast. He knocked on the door and came inside only to find Yabu that was still busy trying to fix his phone. “Hei, it is time for breakfast” he told Yabu but his eyes were glued on the phone that was in Yabu’s hand.
Yabu looked up from his phone to Ryuu and smiled, “Ohayou, Ryuu…” he greeted.
“Ohayou… Grandma, grandpa and Miki are waiting for you. Come out now…”
Yabu nodded and put down his phone on the floor as he stood up. “Let’s go then!” he said excitedly as he passed by where Ryuu was standing and went to the room where the grandma, grandpa and Miki were waiting.
As Yabu left, Ryuu went inside the room and picked up Yabu’s phone in his hand. He stared at it for a while before putting it inside his pocket. He then closed the door and joined the others in the other room.
While enjoying the meal, Yabu asked, “I’m sorry but I just want to ask something. You guys never went to the town?”
“Never... But, our aunt always came here and brought us some clothes and something to cook” answered Miki with a smile. “She is very nice to us but every time she came here, she never forgot to warn us to not go to the town because that place is a very dangerous place for us but she didn’t come here anymore since 2 years ago. So now, we need to find something to cook by our self in the forest since none of us knows the way out to the town” she added in a sad voice.
“There’s no need to tell him that, Miki” Ryuu said as he poured some water into his glass.
Miki pouted and continued eating her meal. “Eat more, Yabu-kun” said the grandpa to Yabu and Yabu just nodded.

Ryuu sat at the back of the house and took out Yabu’s phone from his pocket. He stared at it and bit his lower lip. “Maybe I can fix this…” he said to himself.
“Nii-chan, what are doing?” Miki suddenly appeared from nowhere. Ryuu quickly hid the phone as he saw Miki walking towards him. “What are you hiding?” she asked again.
“I’m not hiding anything” he answered.
Miki narrowed her eyes toward his big brother, “You’re lying…”
“Shut up…you know nothing, kid” Ryuu replied, annoyed.
Miki pouted, “I’m not a kid!”
“You are a kid. You’re only 6”
Then they heard a laugh. It was Yabu who was approaching them. “You kids are so cute!” he said as he ruffled both Ryuu’s and Miki’s hair.
“I’m NOT a KID!” shouted Ryuu and Miki together. Both of them then looked at each other and laughed.
Yabu sat next to Ryuu and Miki jumped onto his lap. “Ne, Yabu-kun…do you have a wife?” she suddenly asked.
“Wife…?” Yabu asked back and laughed. “I’m only 20, Miki. 20 year old is still too young for marriage. I don’t even have a girlfriend yet”
“Girlfriend…? What is a girlfriend?” Miki asked again.
“Stop asking stupid question like that, Miki” said Ryuu as he stood up and went inside the house.
Miki brought her lips near to Yabu’s ear and whispered but in a loud voice, “I think Nii-chan also want a girlfriend”
“I HEARD THAT, MIKI!!” shouted Ryuu from inside the house. Miki and Yabu burst out laughing.
‘I need to get out from this place soon. If I stay here any longer, it would be hard for me to leave them…’ Yabu thought as he stared at the laughing Miki gently just like a mama looking at her child (Is this the right way to explain?)

At a place that not so far but not so near from the house, they were more than two unknown men were watching everything that Yabu was doing. “We are going to start the plan B tonight” said the leader to all his men. “Listen here, don’t kill him as we get into the house because boss wants him alive, everyone get it?” he added.
All his men nodded their head, indicating that they understood the plan as said.

Takaki and Hikaru finally arrived at Okinawa without any plan what to do first. They both sat on the long wooden chair that was provided near the terminal for about 2 hours already.
Hikaru sighed as he watched people walking passed by where they were sitting. He looked at Takaki and sighed again.
“Why are you always sighing every time you look at me?” Takaki asked as he fanned himself using his hand. The weather was amazingly hot that day.
“Nothing, I’m just regretting about something. I should bring Yama-chan with me instead of you”
Takaki looked at him with wide eyes. Feeling rejected, he asked, “Why…?”
“Because Yama-chan is a detective, bringing him here would make everything easy. But, what’s the point bringing a useless bad boy from Gokusen like you? Well, nothing” answered Hikaru honestly and he received a whack on the head by Takaki.
“Seriously, Hikaru…it is no time for a joke right now! And guess what, your joke is not even funny!”
Hikaru grinned, “But at least the joke successfully able to make you angry”
Takaki stood up and looked down to Hikaru, “Maybe, we should go to the place where Yabu is missing”
“You’re right. We should start moving now. Yabu is waiting for us” Hikaru said as he too stood up and put his hand on Takaki’s shoulder. “Hikaru…to the rescue!!!”
Takaki glared at Hikaru, “You forgot to say my name, Hikaru”

Time flew really fast on that day and it was already 6 in the evening. After checked in into a hotel, Hikaru and Takaki went to their room and jumped onto their own bed.
“We were working so hard to find clues about the missing of Yabu but eventually, we found nothing…” said Takaki disappointedly. Hikaru just stayed quiet but he was listening to what Takaki just said. “Ne, Hikaru… even polices failed to find him… will we success?” he asked Hikaru.
“We will. I won’t give up. If a detective gave up, the case will remain unsolved” said Hikaru with a serious expression.
Takaki laughed, “You just copied those words from Tantei Gakuen Q series. But, you are right. Me too! I won’t give up!”
“So, tomorrow we are going to police station. Maybe the polices has taken something from the location where Yabu was found missing which might be a clue”
Takaki nodded.

It was now 8 pm, only lights from the house can be seen as the surrounding was dark. Yabu and the family had just finished their dinner and they were just sitting and chatting with each other.
“Where is Ryuu?” Yabu asked as he couldn’t see Ryuu anywhere in the room.
“He went to his room as soon he finished eating just now. He had been staying in his room since 2 pm today” answered the grandma as she took a glance at Ryuu’s room.
Yabu nodded, “I wonder what he’s doing in there.
In the room, Ryuu was just finished putting together Yabu’s phone to the original form after trying really hard to fix it. “I wonder if this will work…” he said to himself as he nervously turned the phone on. A sound then heard from the phone as the screen turned white and after a few second, Hey!Say!JUMP’s picture appeared on it.
“Ah! I did it!!” Ryuu jumped in happiness at his success fixing it. He then looked at Yabu’s wallpaper and noticed that Yabu was one of the ten guys in the picture. “They must be his friends…”
Suddenly, someone knocked on the door. Ryuu quickly hid the phone. “Who’s that?” he asked.
“Ryuu, it’s me. Can I come in?” Yabu from the outside replied.
After making sure that he had completely hid the phone, Ryuu went to open the door. “What do you want?” he asked as he opened the door.
“What are you doing locking yourself in your room?” Yabu asked without answering Ryuu’s question and went inside the room without permission but Ryuu just let him in and closed the door.
“I’m doing nothing…”
“Oh yeah? I don’t think so. You must be hiding something here…” Yabu said as his eyes wandered around the room.
“Oi, if you finally found a way out from this place, you will leave immediately, right? You gonna leave us?” Ryuu asked all of sudden.
Yabu blinked at Ryuu’s question but then he smiled and answered, “There’s no other choice, Ryuu. I need to go. There are some people waiting for me there”
“B-but…”
Before Ryuu was able to finish his sentence, a sound of the door being broken was heard and followed by Miki’s scream. Yabu and Ryuu rushed outside and found 5 unknown men were in the house. Each of them was holding a weapon in the hand. Ryuu quickly ran to his family that was on the floor, still in shock with what happened.
Yabu who didn’t know what to do just stood still looking at the men. “Who are you? What do you want!?” Yabu asked the 5 men as he slowly stood in front of Ryuu and his family.
“We want you” said a voice from outside the house. Yabu turned to the door and a guy that he thought he knows came in through it with a smile on his face. “We meet again, Yabu Kota” the guy said to Yabu.
“Tahara Matsuki…” Yabu mouthed.
Matsuki smiled, “Wow, you still remember me? I’m glad!” He then approached Yabu and stared into his eyes. “You should already dead when my man attacked you a week ago but you didn’t so now, I need to kill you using my own hands”
Yabu’s eyes widened as Matsuki let out those words, “So, it was you…”
Matsuki looked at behind Yabu. The old couple was looking so scared, the little girl was shaking and the boy was glaring at Matsuki as his arms were around his sister. “Who are they? Your new family?” asked Matsuki as he walked to them but he was stopped by Yabu.
“Don’t you dare to lay even a finger on any of them” Yabu warned him.
Matsuki smirked and put one of his hands on Yabu’s shoulder, “Then come with me. I don’t want to kill you infront of those innocent kids”
“Fine, I’ll go with you”
“Good. You’re really an understanding person, Yabu Kota” Matsuki then turned to his men. “Three of you come with me while the other two stay here. Make sure all these people will not go as far as calling the police” he ordered.
Two of the men then went to behind Yabu and tied both his hands together using a rope. “Ryuu…” called Yabu without even looking to his back. Ryuu looked up to him. “I’m sorry for the trouble but please, stay safe. Thanks for everything…” Yabu continued.
“Enough with the drama now bring him outside!” ordered Matsuki to his men and they did as ordered.

It was already 30 minutes after Yabu left together with all those people. The two men in the house were enjoying themselves chatting with each other. Ryuu looked at his grandparents. Both of them were just sitting quietly with their back leaning against the wall while Miki was sleeping with her head on her grandma’s lap. Ryuu turned to his right. His room was just a few steps away from where he was sitting. Slowly, without making any noise, he crawled toward his room. His grandpa saw that but he just stayed quiet.
As soon as he successfully entering his room, he quickly went to get the phone and took it out from it’s hiding place. He didn’t know who to call so he just pressed the number one and followed by the green button (speed dial).

Takaki was watching TV in their hotel room while eating a cup mee when Hikaru’s phone rang. Without removing his eyes from the TV, he called Hikaru who was in the bathroom, “Hikaru, your phone is ringing!!”
Hearing that, Hikaru went out of the bath room with only a towel on his body. He quickly reached for his phone which was placed next to the pillow and looked at the screen. His eyes widened as he saw the caller ID and answered the call almost immediately, “Yabu…!” he said as he answered it.
Takaki almost choked on his mee when he heard Yabu’s name. He immediately went to Hikaru’s side.
“Help…” said someone from the other line. The voice was almost like a whisper.
“You are not Yabu, who are you?” asked Hikaru while Takaki was just listening quietly beside him. “Why do you have his phone with you?”
“Yabu is in danger right now…come…help…” Ryuu tried not to make any voice as possible. He kept glancing at the door.
Hikaru eyes grew larger as he heard the word ‘danger’. His hand started to shake as he said, “Where is he?”

Yabu just kept walking behind Matsuki with his hands tied on his back. “Where are you bringing me?” Yabu asked. Matsuki then stopped and turned to face him.
“I guess, here is fine. Enjoy the nature, Yabu Kota while you are still alive” Matsuki smirked. They were now in the middle of the forest. Matsuki gave a signal to one of his man and the man immediately pushed Yabu to the ground. Yabu groaned in pain as his back hit the hard ground. “But before I kill you, I want to play with you first”
Matsuki approached Yabu and crotched down infront of him. He glared at Yabu and took a fist of Yabu’s hair in his hand before pulling it. Yabu yelped in pain. “Why are you doing this?” Yabu asked, trying to ignore the pain.
“Why? Because I hate you…” answered Matsuki and gave Yabu a hard punch on his face. “I hate everything about you, Yabu Kota”
“But, why…? What did I ever done to you?”
Matsuki gave Yabu another punch on the face causing Yabu’s lips bleed a little. “You always got everything that I wanted, everything that was supposed to be mine. The role in the latest drama you were in, it was mine but you took it from me!”
Hearing that, Yabu let out a laugh. “So, it is all because of jealousy? You’re so childish…” said Yabu and received another punch from Matsuki.
“Just say out loud everything you want to say when you still have time because you will die in anytime soon”

Hikaru and Takaki immediately rushed to the nearest police station as they received a text message from Ryuu which he sent after he ended the call with them.
“We need your help!” Takaki said to the policeman who was working at that time as he handed him Hikaru’s phone.
“Please check the location from where the last call was made and please also check the name written on the last text message” said Hikaru in a fast mode. Shock with what happened, the policeman just nodded and took the phone inside.
Takaki took out his own phone and started typing something. Hikaru who was looking at him asked, “What are you doing?”
“I’m texting the other members, they have to know about this” he answered without even looking at Hikaru.
Hikaru nodded, “Don’t tell them that Yabu is in danger right now or they will become worried. Just tell them that we just found a clue of where Yabu is right now”
In Tokyo, the member who got the text message from Takaki was Inoo. He read out loud the text for the other 6 to hear, “We are about to get Yabu now, so guys, please wish us lotsa LUCK!”
The other 6 jumped in happiness and prayed that everything would be fine in Okinawa and their 3 beloved members would come back soon safely. The costume-san who was just happened to be in the same room with the members suddenly spoke, “Missing for a week already, are you sure he’s still alive?”
As Chinen heard what the woman just said, he immediately stood up and approached her. She stopped what she was doing as she saw Chinen was walking toward her. Looking straight into the woman’s eyes, Chinen said, ““I know he’s still ALIVE! Yabu-kun will never leave us just like that! We will believe he’s dead if only you show us the CORPSE!”

After waiting for about 30 minutes, the policeman came back and approached both Hikaru and Takaki. “We know the place already and we are also able to track Tahara Matsuki and he is now…near the place where the call was made”
“I see. We need to rush there! Yabu is in danger!!” Hikaru told the policeman as he grabbed both of his shoulders. The policeman nodded and instructed his friend to call the headquarter and ask for a helicopter.
“Yabu, please be fine…” said Takaki as he rubbed Hikaru’s back, trying to calm his friend down.

Ryuu just sat quietly watching his already aslept grandparents and sister. He wondered if the guy he called just now got the message he sent to him and he wondered if Yabu was still alive right now. He quickly shook his head to erase the thought of Yabu’s dead. One of them saw what Ryuu was doing and approached him, “What are you doing, kid?”
“Nothing” Ryuu answered shortly.
“It is more than an hour already, I’m sure boss killed him already” said the other guy that was sitting near the door.
Hearing that, Ryuu spoke out, “He’s still alive! I know!”
The two men laughed at Ryuu’s words. “What are you? A psychic?” said the man who was standing in front of Ryuu. Ryuu stood up and kicked the man right on his stomach. The man groaned in pain as fell onto the floor. Seeing that, the other man went to Ryuu, grabbed his collar and threw him onto the floor.
“What a brave kid. You wanna get killed?” he shouted at Ryuu. His loud voice causing Ryuu’s grandparents and Miki awaked.
“Someone is coming to help us” said Ryuu, glaring at the men infront of him.
The two men laughed and one of them took out his gun and pointed it to Ryu who was on the floor. “Let see, will anyone come to save you now?”
Miki’s eyes widened as she saw the gun and she quickly ran to her brother. “Don’t kill my brother!” she shouted at the man, crying. The man ignored her and pulled the trigger. “Don’t take my brother away just like you took my parents away!!” Miki shouted again.
Ryuu was taken aback by his sister’s words, “Miki…”
“Your parents? I don’t understand but what do I care. Say bye to your brother now, little girl” the man said as he brought his gun near to Ryuu’s head. Ryuu pushed his sister away and closed his eyes.
But suddenly they heard something from above the roof. The man pulled his gun away from Ryuu and ran outside to see what was happening and followed by the other man. They were shocked to see a helicopter landed in front of the house and policemen came out from it with a gun in each of their hands.
“We are the police. Put down your gun and raise up your hands!!!” shouted one of the policemen. The two men did as instructed and as they put their gun down they were immediately handcuffed by the police.
Hikaru and Takaki went inside the house just as Miki ran to Ryuu and Ryuu hugged her. “Nii-chan…” she cried in her brother’s arms and their grandparents came to join them. Both Hikaru and Takaki smiled as they watched what happened but then Hikaru remembered something.
“Yabu…! Where is Yabu!?” Hikaru asked the family.
Ryuu let go of his sister and walked to Hikaru. “He was brought by the Matsuki guy a while ago but I know they are still near this place” told Ryuu.
Takaki put his hand on Hikaru’s shoulder, “We gotta find him now. Let’s go” Hikaru nodded and they both got into the helicopter again.

Yabu was now lying on the ground helplessly. He couldn’t move or speak anymore. His body was now full of bruises and blood could be seen anywhere on his shirt.
“Fuh…that was fun playing with you, Yabu Kota. But, I think it is time to end this” Matsuki then turned to one of his man and took his gun. He pointed the gun toward Yabu and smirked. “Die is the perfect punishment for a person like you” he said as he pulled the trigger of his gun and when he was about to shoot Yabu, a sound was heard from above them.
“Boss, it is the police. We better leave now!” said one of Matsuki’s men. The helicopter landed in front of them but Matsuki just stood still at his place with his gun still pointing at Yabu. The first to come out from the helicopter was Hikaru, followed by Takaki and behind them were some policemen with guns.
“Stay away from Yabu and put down your gun!!” said Hikaru as he saw Yabu was lying on the ground with bruises all over his body.
“Why should I?” asked Matsuki.
“Because the police are here” answered Takaki as he stood next to Hikaru.
Matsuki smirked, “I don’t care about the police” He then pointed his gun towards Hikaru instead. “Try me and I will shoot you”
“Oh yeah? You should be more aware with what is at your back” said Hikaru, smiling. Matsuki immediately turned to his back but it was already too late as the policeman already grabbed both his hands and snatched the gun from him.
“We are bringing you to the police station now” said the policeman as he handcuffed Matsuki’s hands. Matsuki tried to protest but he couldn’t so he just let himself being dragged by the policeman to the helicopter as he glared and Hikaru. Hikaru just stuck out his tongue at him. The other men were also caught by the police.
Takaki and Hikaru ran to get Yabu who was lying on the ground. “Yabu, are you okay?” asked Hikaru as they reached Yabu.
“H-how come you guys are here?” asked Yabu, weakly but there was a smile on his face.
“Saving you of course! Thank god, you’re safe! Everyone is worrying about you, you know!” told Hikaru and Takaki nodded beside him.
“Thank you…I’m sorry for making you worried…” said Yabu but then he remembered something and grabbed Hikaru’s arm. “Ryuu…the family in the house, are they fine?” he asked, worriedly.
Takaki smiled, “Don’t worry! They are fine”
Yabu sighed in relief, “I’m glad…”
“Yabu-kun!!” someone suddenly called Yabu’s name. The three best friends turned to their right and saw Ryuu and Miki was running towards them and it was Miki the one who called Yabu just now.
Slowly, Yabu tried to sit up with the help of Hikaru and Takaki. Miki jumped onto Yabu and he hugged her. “How’s grandpa and grandma, Miki?” Yabu asked.
“They are doing fine at the house” answered Miki with a smile. Yabu then looked at Ryuu who was now standing in front of him. “Nii-chan got something to give you” told Miki.
Ryuu then took out something from his pocket and it was Yabu’s phone. He handed it to Yabu and Yabu took it. “This is my phone and it is…functioning…”
“I fixed it and I was the one who called your friends, telling that you were in danger” admitted Ryuu and Yabu smiled as he pulled Ryuu into a hug.
“Thank you…You’re really an awesome friend” Yabu whispered into Ryuu’s ear and Ryuu blushed.
Takaki and Hikaru just smiled watching what happened.

The next morning, in Tokyo, the arresting of Tahara Matsuki was all over the news. The fans were so happy and cried the tears of happiness as Yabu was confirmed safe and was now in a hospital. Some of them had been standing infront of the hospital building with Hey!Say!JUMP’s and Yabu’s uchiwa in their hand. They kept screaming Yabu’s name and also saying ‘OKAERI’
Yabu who was watching the live of what happened outside on TV in one of the hospital room smiled. He was glad that he was back. The door then burst open and one by one the other JUMP’s members, except Hikaru and Takaki came inside and lined up infront of Yabu. Yabu just looked at them, blankly, “Minna…”
They all then approached Yabu and hugged him at one time. “Yabu-kun, we miss you!!” they cried as they hugged Yabu tightly. Chinen and Ryutaro were hugging Yabu’s left and right arms. Inoo and Daiki were hugging Yabu’s left and right legs while Yamada and Yuto hugged him on the stomach and chest. Only Keito who was just stayed standing at his place, watching the reunion that was full of drama.
Yabu laughed at the members’ reaction, “I miss everyone too”
Hikaru and Takaki then came in bringing a girl with them but they froze as they saw what was happening in the room and when I got back their senses, they immediately approached Yabu. “What are you guys doing to Yabu?” asked Hikaru as he pulled the members away from Yabu one by one. Takaki also helped him.
“I know you guys miss him so much but he would die from the lack of oxygen if you keep hugging him like that!” scolded Takaki to the members.
Yabu laughed but then he stopped as he saw the girl that was brought by his friend. He slowly sat up and turned to the girl. “Are you Kyoko-chan?” he asked the girl and she just nodded as the answer. Yabu smiled and he asked Hikaru to open the drawer next to the bed and take out the photo. Hikaru handed the girl the photo and she took it slowly.
Kyoko looked at the photo. It was a photo of a young boy with a young girl. “This is a photo of me and Ryuu that we took 6 years ago. Where did you get this?”
“Ryuu gave it to me”
“Ryuu…gave it to you?”
Yabu nodded, “He always kept that photo with him. He said, the photo meant a lot to him because the girl in the photo was his first love and he told me to give the photo to you to tell you that he’s still remember the promise he made before he left 6 years ago”
Tears started to form at the corner of Kyoko’s eyes, “He promised me that he’ll be back and asked me to wait for him no matter how long it takes…”
“And he is going to fulfill the promise today” said Hikaru as he opened the door, revealing a young handsome boy. “I present to you… Ryuu”
Tears were now streaming down Kyoko’s cheeks as Ryuu was now standing in front of her. “Kyoko…” Ryuu called her name and Kyoko immediately ran to him and cried in his arm. “I’m back as promised…”
Yabu and the other JUMP’s members smiled and clapped their hands. Ryuu gently broke the hug and went to Yabu. “Thank you…” he thanked him as he bowed.
“No need to thank me. We are friends, right?” said Yabu as he tapped Ryuu’s shoulder. Yabu looked up to him and found Yabu was smiling at him. “All the people in this room are now your friends” Ryuu looked at the other JUMP’s members. They were all smiling at him.
“So happy to have a new friend!” exclaimed Inoo and the others other. All the members then looked at each other and…
“THANK YOU FOR SAVING OUR YABU-KUN!” all the members said together.
