For the past 7 days, New York has gotten rained on. Some days have been heavier than others, and the past three days have been pretty brutal. Vatan is a vegetarian Indian restaurant serving cuisine from the Gujrat region of India, located on 3rd Avenue between 28th and 29th Streets (on the east side of the block). So I really have had to find ways to cut down my food costs. While earning a paycheck, a $9 lunch and a $15 dinner didn't feel so bad, but now that's budget for a few days of food!
