Nothing's forever anyway...you could try Idaho and see if you like it, and save up for beach house money :)

too true. the thing about the beach house, though, is the possibility of not having to buy there either. joe's folks own one now that they may be moving out of soon. so we may also have that option. it's kind of crazy the possibilities and choosing the one that's best for the time of our lives right now! whew...
