while we're at it, can we criminalise people who lean against poles on MRTs, people who play music on their mobile phone loudspeakers, stupid people, people who don't queue, noisy misbehaving children, girls with elite uncaring faces, donation stalkers at orchard road, idiots who talk during movies.... etc etc????
