So I'm back in Point and looking forward to a relaxing evening with the boyfriend. My horn was fixed, and it's beautiful. They relaquered the spots that worn away from the first repair, AND they fixed my case! No more nails sticking straight at my bell. It's awesome, and I love it. Currently, it's 60 degrees in the apartment

When I read your post I was trying to visualize where we used to go to the movies in Stevens Point. For some reason The Fox theatre came to mind - I think it was downtown on Main Street. Is that where you still go or do they have one of those multi-plexes now?

There are now two movie theatres in Point. THere's one just off of campus, called "campus cinema" or something. It's quite dumpy and small. Then there's a newer multiplex place past Belts. They're both just alright. They're quite expensive(in my opinion) $8. They don't even have a student night or student discount. That's why I always make a trip to the Whitewater Theatres when I'm at home. I feel more loved there. Free popcorn? Who wouldn't?! : )

I think I can guess where the old theatre you're talking about is. It's currently for sale.

Okay - what and where is Belts? It's been a long time since I was there I guess....

It's a few blocks south of Main street on Division.

Belts serves ice cream. I think it's been there forever-it looks like it has anyway..
It has the worlds largest ice cream cone. It's like two feet of ice cream in a cone. Someday, I'll attempt it.
