- 09:26:07: Snuck in a really good run between work and my meeting today. 4 hard miles, negative splits! 9:22, 8:58, 8:54, 8:54 (last mile was uphill!)
- 09:26:48: I don't know when the last time I ran a sub 9 minute mile (outside of a race) was... This whole run felt good, too!! :) Now to my meeting.
