Spring Break

Spring Break is over and I have to say, it was weird. My friend Nick from Indiana came to visit. I took him around town, drank with friends pretty much every night of the week; we had a great first half of the week. We went hiking in Sabino Canyon. We both dipped into the falls which was extremely cold, but refreshing since the temperature

Sorry to hear about illnesses but at least it wasn't the whole week. You lost the trail? Hehe, you missed the little hiking guy when you tried to cross the creek didn't you? It sounds very interesting that you came at it from the bottom, I would have liked to tried it. Was the falls actually have running water? It was almost dry the last time I went.

Yeah, I totally forgot about looking for the signs. We noticed things were odd when we no longer encountered other hikers. I think the bottom was about 200 feet from where the actual trail was to get to the falls. The falls did have running water, apparently because of the melting snow and run-off from the mountains. When I jumped into the falls, I had to pose there for a picture, but I could barely hold my composure as it was icy cold. Nick made a high-pitched scream when he went in.
