One time I went into the bathroom to take a piss, then next thing I know I'm in the shower and almost turned the water on before I realized I came in to urinate.

No, but sometimes I've been known to get intot he shower with still my underwear or bra on and not realize it until I go to get my shampoo or soap.

I once woke up in the shower.

I had sleep-walked there and set the water temp perfectly and started to take a shower at which point I become conscious and got myself washed. When I left the bathroom, not having realized how I got there, I was shocked to find it was still only 3am.
