dude man that sucks i think you should just get your money back and go buy the book at books a million or something it will be less than 18 bucks im sure and no mailing fee eather

I think you're right that you're not going to get the book, but your best option might be to get the refund he offered and walk away.

It sucks and is wrong of him, but it's not worth your time to get irritated over. I'm betting that you're right and he re-thought selling for so low.

The double-edged sword of negative criticism on ebay is that when you leave negative, you often get negative back, despite the unfairness, which could hurt you on future buys or sales. Sadly, this is why many people don't do negatives, even when truly deserved, which causes bad sellers to stay in business and look legit.
