My sister just went to the ER with pains in her kidney area. I am worried.

Wow, I got a lot of new LJ friends after the most recent LJ thread on the forums. mgnobr got WoW the other day, and I have been showing her around the game and teaching her the ropes. I really enjoy sharing the things that I like...as long as she doesn't get me killed too many times.

I found out last night that one of my former co-workers died this past Thursday. I am pretty upset over this, Greg was a genuinely nice guy. We'd joke around at work, I called him our "token black guy". He just recently quit the job because he was all set to go to Orlando for college. He was a very young guy, 18 or 19. It's been another shitty week. In other news, it is awfully fun to Mind Control horde and make them leap into lava.

These past few weeks have been pretty much awful. The few wonderful days that I had recently only served to set me up for a long fall. And to top it all off, I am coming down with the strep throat that I thought I had avoided. I feel like giving up.

The NIN concert was tonight, and goddamn, Trent can put on a show. I was a little bummed before he took the stage because we got there so early, and the opening bands weren't all that great, and I was tired as all hell by the time 10 rolled around and NIN took the stage, but once the music started, it was all forgotten. I did Molten Core with my guild tonight. We have been in-housing MC for just about two weeks now, and tonight we did all 4 bosses up to Garr with no wipes at all, and no one even died in the first 3 fights. Also, I won my first epic.
