Ok honestly it might just be me but I've read over this a couple of times and it feels like a Slytherin push. Maybe it is a representation of you but there are a lot of elements that feel like a Slytherin push.
In particular your answer to question 14 feels as though the elements of character that you relate to are prime Slytherin ones.
Might I suggest having a read over this again and just making sure that you are expressing enough of yourself and all facets of your personality, because whilst I'm seeing a lot about how you view your entitlment issues and your thoughts on image and vanity, there doesn't seem to be a lot to provide a second house to hybrid with.
With the application the way it is, I'd feel the need to squib purely because I feel the Slytherin but that is all.
So I suggest reading through, elaborating on your answers to show other side to your personality and we'll see how it goes.

And I deliberately put effort into not pushing! I have been accused of pushing for Hufflepuff so I decided to curb my enthusiasm toward that house. I'm just not doing well with this.
lol that's cool. I had a similar problem with my application the first thousand times I typed it out. Luckily I had harsh friends to point it out to me.
Sometimes other communities can be a little..picky when it comes to pushes purely because they only have one house to sort you into, so if you answer the questions and not worry about any possible pushing we will probably get a more acurate read on you.
I do agree with Lee a bit on the Slytherin push, and that you need to re-work your application in order to avoid being squibbed. I love your answers for 15 though.
I really tried not to push! I, more than once in HP comms, have been told I was pushing for the Puff house. This time I tried to down-play Puff, and that pushed me toward others!

I) I would prefer more explanation on most of these (especially 3C, 6, 8, 9B, 13, 14 - listing four characters and saying that little for each suggests you haven't really thought about how *you* relate, 16, and 17). Some of these may have fairly long answers, but often I see more emotion than thought.
II) Quite a few traits that you call 'Ravenclaw' are generally considered Slytherin (as a Slytherclaw, I definitely have them, but that's besides the point); 'ambition' and 'cunning' are what the sorting hat look for in Slytherins!

I think you should elaborate # 16 & 17. I think your answersto #15 are awesome and you definitely shouldn't change those. For number 14, I think you should leave those characters you have been stamped as there but should include which character/s you feel you relate to also.
I can see why this could be perceieved as a Slyther push but as I know you I know that is your personality :]
